My family stayed here over the Christmas holiday and had so much fun. The cabin was cozy and rustic and had everything we needed. The community is quaint and quiet and we loved the cool crisp mountain air. Would definitely stay here again!
Our little family of 3 really enjoyed staying at the cabin. It’s small but cozy and comfortable for a couple of small family. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed an authentic mountain stay. It’s located closed to the village, but it’s a hill, so keep that in mind if planning to walk. Great communication with host.
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. The only tip we could give is that perhaps before other guests come over you could take a broom to the coroners and get rid of the heavy amount of spider webs that we found. Other than that the grill works really nice the place stays cool and has plenty of fans and air conditioning/heaters if you end up needing them. The bed is comfortable and the blankets are warm.

Nice location, but dusty inside, and simple appliances (coffee) were not desirable to use. Sliding Glass Doors and Screens were difficult to operate. Large deck screen door was torn and not maintained. A few banks of outlets were unable to be used: no power. Comfortable bed. Front door was warped and hard to close.
Chris the property manager was extremely helpful and communicative from beginning to the end. 5 stars to Chris!! Just my opinions: If u plan on using the sofa bed, take a queen size foam topper bc my cousin said it was super uncomfortable. Also, the stairs from first floor to the loft are really super steep, so if u have kids or elderly, I do not recommend. I was extremely careful and still almost slipped once, my 9 year old slipped but he was fine (kids are resilient). All in all, I highly recommend!
The price was reasonable and the location was great for visiting our children who live in PMC. The balconies, both upstairs and downstairs were wonderful for morning coffee and just sitting around and reading. There was always a spot of sun or shade to move your chair to for just the right temperature. We came in June, and the weather was perfect. It might be chilly in the winter and hot in the sunny summer. The stairs to upstairs where the bedroom was located were VERY steep, as mentioned in previous reviews, and the bathroom is located downstairs. A little scary going up and down, especially at night. There were games and a dvd collection, along with Roku. Access was easy, but the front door is very narrow and cheap. There were lots of kitchen utensils and dishes. The refrigerator is big, but noisy. Great info on local hikes and PMC. All in all, it was fine for a few nights, but not luxurious.
Very unique stay, it is perfect for a couple getaway in the mountains!!! The host was amazing and left us recommendations and a print out of the nearby area. Stargazing was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The fire place was perfect and the nearby corner store and Mexican restaurant (and more) is perfect. Make sure you have the directions on GPS because as you get closer to PMC you WILL lose signal until you connect to Wi-Fi at the cabin. It was very warm and comfortable stay. I will definitely be back again. OH ALSO I forgot to mention Mt. Pinos is just 30 minutes away!!! Beautiful place. Please don’t hesitate to book here!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pine Mountain Club. We were there over Labor Day weekend, and even at the height of the season, it was a peaceful spot. You can walk from the cabin to a few restaurants, bakeries/coffee, the PMC market, and several hikes. This cabin is the perfect size for a couple or small family with the spacious loft. We spent every morning on the second floor deck, drinking coffee, and enjoying the expansive view. It was very hot outside (~90 degrees) while we were there and the two air conditioning units were much appreciated, though they took a while to cool down the house each afternoon. The internet connection worked most of the time, but was not strong enough for the smart tv. We look forward to booking again!
Amazing place to stay and zen out and take in some Piravar and quiet!
Would definitely stay here again. Chris was great in communicating and making sure our stay was enjoyable and we had everything we needed. Lots to do in the area and beautiful nature to take in and enjoy.
