Disappointing

The house is in an absolutely beautiful location. But, there are many, many things that require attention and maintenance on the property. So many things were not working upon our arrival ... Such as all the outdoor lighting out around the pool, no instructions on how to heat the hot tub, several lights out inside the house, dirty dishes and glasses in the cupboards, disgusting pots and pans, an oven so full of grease that it filled the kitchen with smoke when we turned it on, toaster not working, ice machine jammed and filled with brown ice cubes, vent fan and lighting in master bathroom not working, shower head so gunked up water wouldn’t properly flow out, towels stained brown, Wi-Fi very slow. Some nights we could not watch TV at all because the Wi-Fi kept buffering. I will admit that the maintenance company was very responsive by text, but all the issues could not be fixed during our stay. This property should not be listed by VRBO until all these issues are taken care of.
