- a spacious and contemporary bathroom (large walk-in shower, double sink, WC, hairdryer);
- an independent kitchen, fully equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a toaster, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a refrigerator and plenty of storage space in which you will find everything you need you need: dishes and kitchen utensils;

Close to all amenities (bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping center, etc.), the place is also served by bus, although renting a car is strongly recommended. Night owls will appreciate the liveliness of the Marina for entertainment and dining every day and until very late. You will also be less than 10 minutes from the town center of Le Gosier, the University and the Acte Memorial. Sports and water activities are easily accessible in the area, especially on the beaches of nearby hotels. From Gosier, it is easy and rather quick to explore the 4 corners of the island, or even take the boat to discover the other territories of the archipelago.
