Island Vibes Cottage offered by Beach time Rentals

*This property did not suffer any damage from the hurricane  and is ready for your stay!

This 3-person retreat is tucked away on the North side of Clearwater Beach and is just steps from the white sugary sand!

Beautiful, updated and spacious 1 bedroom cottage featuring a Queen bed and a Sleeper sofa. This has a delightful interior and it accommodates 3 guests. The living room features an accent chair and TV.

Adjacent to the living area is the updated kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the amenities needed to make a meal.

The cottage is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, Smart TV and shared laundry.

Location is the cherry on top! It's steps from the sand and walking distance to popular restaurants like Frenchy's, ClearSky, Palm Pavilion and more!

Please note: *This cottage is behind Island Vibes House – both units can be rented separately or together. Each has a private entrance and the only thing that is shared is the laundry area.

*VERY IMPORTANT: There is no parking at this property. The area in front of the house is city easement first come/first serve. Only 1 vehicle will fit but we cannot guarantee or hold parking there. There is also paid parking on the street.
* These properties are ideally for adults as the location can get very busy, however we have had many families stay here with no problem.
*This unit doesn't have an oven or a dishwasher

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Loved the location on North beach. In walking distance to everything. We didn’t have a car so parking wasn’t a issue for us. The property is small but would be fine for shorter stays. It is the back rental of the property so no view. Short walk to the beach. Only con was the 2 beach chairs they provided need to be replaced.

A quick "cool" stay in Clearwater Beach

We had a great short stay in Clearwater Beach. The unit is as described, just note the front porch in the photo is not for this unit's use. Consider this a well appointed efficiency apartment, missing only an oven. Julian was very responsive to our questions... we texted and received almost immediate responses. Great for a couple retreat.

Cozy beach cottage.

Cozy cottage steps from the beach and great food. Super clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer on premises. Super friendly and helpful host. Will visit again!!

Love Clearwater Beach

Great location! Walking distance to everything. We had a ride service to and from the airport and that was the only time we were in a vehicle. Beach Time Rentals was very responsive to any needs or issues we had. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No bathtub, no stove only cooktop, no oven, no fitness equipment. Was surrounded by walls. Parking is a joke

Parking issues

If you are driving a vehicle dont rent this unit. Property has 2 units but only 1 parking space. 3.50 an hr or be towed. Unit nice, clean and beach right there but parking a nightmare. Heed the other comments never dreamed the parking was that bad.

Our Anniversary Getaway

Stayed 4 nights at the cottage to celebrate our anniversary. Our goal was a lot of beach time, relaxing atmosphere, and good eats. Island Vibes Cottage was the perfect location to beach all morning, lunch at high quality restaurants steps from our beach chairs, beach all afternoon and choose from multiple dining options and shopping evenings. We never got in the car. Staff made themselves available and checked in by texts often which was appreciated. What was even better was fact we had all we needed in the cottage. It was clean and comfortable and we needed nothing more. My opinion is the cottage is perfect for couples (probably small for more than two). We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Island Vibes Cottage and staff!

Trash cans full from bar next door upon arrival. Trash only goes out Thursday. Bar and patrons take all parking in front of unit. Road parking overnight crazy expensive. Management company rude and zero refunds. Totally mislead on this rental.

Perfect place but zero parking ruined it , had to park 5 blocks away and couldn’t use the car for fear of not finding another spot . Never realized how important a parking spot was

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, and perfect size for solo or couples travel. This is the back half of the house, so don’t expect a great view, but once you walk to the front of the house, the back is within sight and a super short walk to the beach! Suggestions for the owners: improve the water pressure and water heater. The bathroom sink water pressure is minimal and takes at least 2-3 minutes to become warm while running hot water only. The shower was a little better. There’s a Speedway directly across the street and everything is within walking distance. I would stay here again!

Amazing location.

Great location. A few minute walk to Frenchy’s and beautiful beach water. One minute walk to 24 hrs local convenience store. I will most definitely recommend this spot to family and friends back home.

Kendall st (rear beach cottage)

The location was great because it was so close to the beach. I would give a B- for inside cleanliness. If these two features are your interest, it might work. Beach Time Rental agents were very attentive. Again, I think maybe it could be a decent spot for an individual stay. However, there were some downside features. The entire apartment was much smaller than the actual pictures. The bedroom and bathroom were tight and uncomfortable. I believe the bathroom would not be accommodating for anyone over 5’9”. Water pressure was poor. Parking was ridiculously bad. Only one spot for two potential tenants and if you are going to drive anywhere, you risk losing the single parking spot and at that point you pay for parking in all open public spots. I would give a D- for outside cleanliness. There is a bar next door and you share trash and recycle cans.

Location Location

This property was perfect! The only thing I'd do different is get an UBER from the airport to the cottage (and back to the airport). EVERYTHING is within waking distance from the cottage. Our rental car never moved.

Perfect location

Small but perfect for two people. Very clean and decorated well. A few steps from the beach and very short walk to restaurants and shops. You do not need a car! Really appreciated the beach chairs and towels. I would bring a bar of soap for the shower; didn’t remember to do that. The TV was odd -able to get Netflix, etc but unable to get the basic channels to watch the football games at night. Allison did her best to help but it just wasn’t working. Definitely not a deal breaker though. Would stay there again!
