This private home is just 2 miles from Hwy 59, making it convenient to EVERYTHING...restaurants, water parks, zoo, outlet shopping...all within 5-10 minutes! And you can walk to the new Waves (convenience store), The Beach House Grill, Boudreaux's Seafood and Island Ice Cream--only 2 blocks away!

Yet away from the condos, so you have your own private beach without all the crowds. With HDTV's in every room, each room with its own bath, and a special 'bunk room' for kids, everyone will have just what they need.

A private pool (not shared!) overlooking the beautiful Gulf is also key in the plan of this home.

Pleasure Key was an absolute pleasure!!!!

The overall experience of this home was amazing!!! We had a large group of friends and a whole pack of kids and we all were very comfortable! The pool was amazing and the access to the beautiful beach as well!! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have a great time in the sun!!!!!

Friends spring break

Great property, enjoyed our stay very much. We had an issue with the pool heating up, owner was very responsive and fixed the issue. Great spot! Would book again in a heart beat.

Great place for girls’ trip

Perfect stay for family

A perfect home for a large family of 12. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for cooking and eating. The bedrooms with bathrooms were so convenient. The pool was perfect when the little ones got tired of the beach. The beach was quiet and the water was warm. It was a perfectly beautiful stay. Would recommend for a large family.

This property is steps away from the beach. It was nice being so close. The home had all the kitchen items we needed. Great communication from the property manager. Our group of 8 friends had an amazing time!

Great location!!

The listing description was 100% accurate! Right on the beach, with an easy walk from the house to the sand. Having the pool all to ourselves with all the kids was great! The kids loved the bunk room.

Family Vaca!

The property is exactly as it is described. Our family of 9 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room. The views from the decks are amazing and the condo is conveniently located to restaurants and groceries. We hope to visit place again.

Great stay, quiet beach

The house was great plenty of space, comfy and clean! Also very well stocked first time ever in a VRBO that it had every pot, pan, utensil, and small appliances you may need. The host was great to communicate with and checked on us a couple of times through out our trip. If we were to stay in the area i again this would definitely be a house I would try to rent again

Family Beach Time!

The house is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Kristin is extremely kind and helpful. We had a great time. The beach was amazing. Calm and clear water all but our last day and then just slightly bigger waves which were a blast! The area is perfect for shopping, food, fishing, activities. We had 11 adults and everyone had a great time. Would definitely recommend this house. It has everything you need and more! Everyone was bummed when it was time to leave.

Amazing Family Vacation

This is the second time we have stayed here and both times were amazing! There was room for all 17 of us. We love that each bedroom has its own bathroom and you can’t beat having your own private pool! It is a perfect location on the beach - less crowded. The ice maker in the kitchen is a great bonus. Kristin made everything easy for us which was much appreciated. It was a great week of making memories. Hope to be back!

Really enjoyed this home and amenities especially the heated pool and the location further away from the larger condo complexes. For spring break, the beach was not crowded at all.

Family Vacation

Our family (15 of us) had a wonderful time at this beach house! There was plenty of room for everyone with 6 bedrooms each having their own bathroom. Having a beach house with a pool was so nice. The kids absolutely loved it! Kristin was so easy to get in contact with if needed and responded immediately. The ice maker was great to fill up coolers. We loved sitting on the balconies with a great view of the beach. The house is not too far from town and the beach is not crowded at all in this area.

Awesome house

We ranged from 90 down 1 year of age this house was perfect! We could walk right out on the beach! The pool was amazing! The whole family throughly enjoyed staying here it was perfect!! We can’t wait to come back! And we loved the under the counter ice maker!!!!

Great house!!

This house was so great! Right on the beach and with a pool! We had 9 adults and 4 kids! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect! The pool for the kids was great as well! Kristin was amazing! Would for sure stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location was great! Beach was easily accessible and not busy. King sized beds in rooms were comfortable and great. The kids loved the bunk beds. The pool is huge and we loved it. Any issues we had were dealt with. I do think a deep clean under furniture is needed but overall we were happy.

We had a great time just wish we had known about leaving things on beach. My sil lost very expensive $150 anchors he used on our canopy the first night. I would advise putting on your list of do’s and don’ts for future guest.

Overall the stay was great but there were issues with the air conditioning units. It was about 80 degrees. A repair man came and said the units need to be replaced. Outdated and couldn’t keep up.

Dishwasher needs service. Difficult to turn on door makes noise. Need a gate at steps for small children. High chair was moldy. Really like the pay it forward idea with spices and condiments. Beds were all comfy. Nice place.

Loved the Pink House!

We stayed at the "pink house" as my grandkids call it the end of April, 2015. We had the best time! It was the closest beach access I've ever had. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We loved having a storage area outside to store our chairs and umbrellas and toys every night. My husband loved the outdoor shower. My grandkids loved the pool and the "kid's room". There was even a little fort in the den. We are planning on going back in 2016 we liked it so much!

Great beach house.

Was going to give this property a four star rating, but, really, this was such a great house to stay in on the beach. I thought the house needed some tender living care on some things, but I can see why living on the beach coast can be very trying. The railings around the porch decks needed painting and some pool deck boards needed to be replaced. But after being here for awhile, our whole family thought this was no big deal. We loved the house and location. If we ever came back, we would definitely rent this house again.

What makes this property unique

We love relaxing on the beach, walking the beach at sunrise & sunset, watching the dolphins play, building sand castles, swimming in the pool, cooking & eating outside, watching football on the big screen, celebrating special occasions, and just enjoying our time together with family & friends. One family member remarked that having coffee on the upper deck in the morning was 'her favorite spot in the whole world.' It has been a great place for us to spend time as a family & share with our loved ones.
