Enjoying a view of the Alpilles mountain range, it features a heated 6.50 x 6.50 metre swimming pool (shutter), a pool house, a boules pitch and several terraces.
Entirely air-conditioned, the property includes a spacious living/reception room with a dining room and kitchen opening onto a shady terrace and the garden, a suite with a shower room, a dressing room and a terrace, a double bedroom with a shower room and terrace, a bedroom with two single beds, a study and a dressing room, and a study with fiber-optic internet access.
A recreation room benefiting from a spare bed is available, but within the maximum capacity of 6.

As the property is in a protected zone, fires and barbeques are not permitted.
Accessing the property may also prove difficult for vehicles with low ground clearance.

Included in the tariff:
- A complete set of bath, pool and bed linen for each week booked
- 3h cleaning
- A cot and high chair may be provided for one infant
- 6 hours on departure

The maximum capacity is mandatory, as the property relies on its own supply of fresh water.
