When you are not out and about, find yourself surrounded by all of the comforts of home in this cozy condo! Amenities like smart tvs in the living room and bedrooms, WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen. Washer and Dryer are located in the Club MeadowRidge for your convenience.

LOCATION
The condo is located steps away from The Lift shuttle stop, a free service so you can easily ride to downtown Fraser or Winter Park. The Fraser river trail that connects to the Rendezvous trail system is less than a half mile from the condo. The year round outdoor heated pool, hot tub and workout facilities are located across the street in Club MeadowRidge and free for you to use. The Fraser tubing hill is located 1.4 miles from the condo.

Wonderful place and location!

Thus condo was a great location. Convenient to downhill and cross country skiing areas and the grocery store. The unit was clean and convenient. Justin was a fantastic host!

Beautiful New Years getaway

The condo was perfect for our family New Years getaway. We especially enjoyed the access to the fitness club and hot tubs. A really nice perk. The kitchen was well stocked, condo clean, and the couch was perfect for the 4 of us to gather.

Last minute trip

We booked this trip in the heart of snow season. We got snow everyday and made the best of it. The condo cabin met our basic needs as well as we took advantage of the hot tub and heated pool.

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient.

We (two couples) enjoyed our 5 day stay in this condo. The hosts, Ashlee and Justin, always responded quickly to our inquiries. We called about a minor plumbing problem and the host had someone there within 30 minutes to repair it. As mentioned in other reviews, the condo is quiet, clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen supplied with everything needed for cooking including an instant -pot. The Fraser Safeway is only 5 minutes away for supplies. We particularly enjoyed the open feeling of the high ceiling in the living area as well as the comfortable sectional furniture. We have rented condos in the area before and most did not have such comfortable furniture that could seat 4-6 people. The club house pool, 2 very large hot tubs. and gym are great amenities. The location was ideal for us. We had both Nordic and downhill skiers. The condo is close to both Snow Mountain Ranch and Devil’s Thumb Ranch for Nordic and one can drive or take the Shuttle to Winter Park for downhill. We would definitely stay here again.

Re-occuring Renters

We have rented this condo every weekend for 6 weeks. It has been great! The condo is clean and a short walk from the pool and hot tub. Being able to utilize this condo has definitely improved our ski season.

Fabulous Mountain Condo!

Our family had a wonderful stay here for the 4th of July weekend. The condo was extremely clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. The unit is very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The owners had excellent communication with us. We would highly recommend people to stay at this condo! The recreation center, tennis/pickle ball courts, pools, and hot tubs are a great bonus.
