From the property you have a fantastic view of the sea - the perfect place to start the day in a relaxed manner or to enjoy the colours of the sunset in the evening. The short distance to the beach makes the house ideal for relaxing hours by the water.

Bøjden will delight you with its hilly landscape, surrounded by water, which invites you to go hiking and cycling. Visit Svanninge Bakker, the Funen Alps, with its nature trails and playgrounds. The nearby Fåborg Golf Club offers a marvellous 18-hole course. In Fåborg itself, just a few kilometres away, you will find a lively harbour, charming shops and cultural highlights. Here you can play tennis, mini golf or visit the swimming pool. A ferry trip to Als is the perfect way to round off your holiday.

zu teuer um wahr zu sein

dieses ?gemütliche? Sommerhaus hat seine besten Zeiten weit hinter sich. Fangen wir mit dem ersten Eindruck an - der Briefkasten; quillt über - der Vorbau ist marode weiter geht`s ins Haus - alte abgewetzte Teppiche - uralte Stromheizungen - das Mobiliar könnte den ein oder anderen Anstrich dringend vertragen (Gartentisch, Bank...) - alte Holzstühle im Vorbau - Innenmöbel veraltet und spartanisch zusammengestellt - der Wasserzähler befindet sich im Schuppen ganz hinten. Um Diesen in 2,5 Meter zu erreichen, herrscht große Verletzungsgefahr, total zugemüllt - der Blick in die Garage ist ebenfalls eine Zumutung. - der Kamin ist sehr klein, reicht aber gerade so aus... - ...den muss man anschmeißen, damit die Bude einigermaßen warm wird (Abends), und nicht in den Stromkosten versinkt... - das Bad ist zweckmäßig aber einigermaßen ok - die Küche war ordentlich und gut eingerichtet - nicht zu vergessen! es gibt kein Internet... - ... war aber unsere Dusseligkeit, dass wir es vorher nicht beachtet haben eins war doch schön; - es nisten Schwalben dort und es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht sie zu beobachten....
