This home is maintained with care. The split floor plan is great for roommates or those with varying schedules. Each bedroom has its own private full bath. Master has a king bed and large walk in closet, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Kitchen with newer appliances, including convection oven. Fenced backyard, deck, patio, & fire pit. Gas logs in the living room for cozying up in the winter, & garden landscape hard to find in a rental! Even has herbs & strawberries!

Why they chose this property
This property was my home for over 12 years. It was outfitted for me, not as a rental! During my time living in it, I renovated the bathrooms, kitchen, Installed all new flooring and windows.
What makes this property unique
This home is on the best cul de sac of neighbors! We have a facebook group for our street and look out for one another. I've rarely found a neighborhood like it!
