Wake up refreshed with your family in this newly renovated beach condo. Private entrance opens up to a spacious outdoor patio to enjoy with your family. Enjoy your vacation in this airy private condo with 2 huge sliding doors. Relax at the outdoor pool or indoor pool just a few steps away. Imagine taking a short walk and feeling the sand in-between your toes and building sand castles with the kids, or catching some waves in the ocean. Picture a few steps to the boat docks and throwing a line in or doing some crabbing with the family. Play some tennis, racket ball, or basketball to get some exercise in during your stay.

Enjoy this amazing in-town neighborhood of Club Ocean Villas II where you can eat and shop! Come home to sleep in with new comfortable memory foam mattresses. This condo is located on the first floor and allows plenty of light and an airy breeze. If you need more space the private patio is great for entertaining the family.

Main room has a new wonderful comfortable couch, boosts a 55" Smart TV loaded with Roku TV and apps for your enjoyment! Enjoy cooking a fabulous meal with the family in the renovated kitchen with quartz counters. Don't worry the grocery store is within walking distance, or many restaurants if you don't want to cook.

Northshore park located at 127th street and just a short drive, or bike ride away! Large playground, Fireworks in July and much more entertainment.

Need to do some work or kids have school, I have high speed private wifi available to all my guests.

Safety features include smoke detectors, surveillance, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

I try to accommodate all my guests and truly hope they have a memorable vacation stay at my beach condo. Great place!!!

The property was very clean and beautiful. We loved the space! The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was great and very well equipped! The shower pressure in the master bathroom was amazing! It was do nice yo have beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys provided. The ease of walking to everything you need is the best perk! We definitely recommend this location!!!

We were in town for MAWA wrestling nationals Enjoyed our stay The condo was perfect it had everything you would need It’s close to stores, restaurants and the beach My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and playing pickle ball I would highly recommend staying here Michelle was great to work with

Great trip

We were visiting Ocean City for a long weekend with family who were vacationing there for the week. Just as in previous reviews we found this property to be very clean and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and very roomy. Nice patio table and chairs. The owner was very accomodating. When I messaged the owner her response was very quick. This property is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach. Lots of goods restaurants nearby as well as grocery store, CVS, even an escape room. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to rent here again next year! Charming cottage style condo

We were in OCMd for my daughter's cheer competition and found this condo to be perfect. My teenage daughter is a critic on everything and she couldn't get enough of the charm this placed had to offer. Super clean, trendy, convenient location (next to a DD and ABC store), comfy beds, cozy living area and nice size tvs. Only hiccup was when we arrived at night and we difficulty finding the unit numbers because of the communities lighting. Host is fantastic and quick to respond to any questions. Best experience!!

This is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in & well worth looking into. It was clean, well maintained & comfortable. Mother/ daughter trip we felt very safe as the patio gate had a deadbolt along with the main door. Only observation would be to hang some sheers under the curtains as anyone can see from outside when curtains are open therefore the curtains were pulled all the time. It made the rooms considerably dark. It would not prevent me from booking again. Small storage unit full of beach chairs, umbrella, wagon & toys. Really appreciated the umbrella. Very nice unit

This is a really nice condo but I would suggest changing the wall color and lighting. That dark gray paint makes the place look small and dingy; try a much lighter color. Additionally, switch out the cool light bulbs for warm bulbs; it’ll make a huge difference. The place was very clean and neat, and I especially enjoyed the patio.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful condo

The condo was perfect! Very clean and the kitchen had everything one would need to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, as advertised. The area was perfect also, within walking distance to the grocery store. I would highly recommend this condo and am already looking forward to returning next year!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient!

We were very happy with this location, quiet, clean, and convenient. The pools are nice, the amenities and beach supplies were a nice added bonus. The decor and furniture were simple and comfortable, we had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. The owners were very good with communicating through out our stay. Would highly recommend!

Cozy Condo

Michelle was the perfect host. She kept open communication with us before and during our stay. She was always available to answer questions or concerns. The condo is cozy, cute and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. She provides many things to help make your stay more comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook or serve food. Amazing Gem to stay at the Beach!

This was our first family vacation which was my wife, my infant son, and myself. Check in was a breeze, location and neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The condo was very well maintained and cleanliness in every room. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart was a nice add on and helped while going to the beach. Indoor pool was a lot of fun and great for those rainy or colder days. The outdoor patio was great to sit out as a family or even just take in the slow breezy nights. Easy to walk or drive to Food Lion and CVS if you need anything. The communication with the host was on point and so very welcoming and helpful. We recommend this place to others and our family. Thank you so much again!!

Very clean family friendly Vacation home

My family and myself had an amazing stay the condo was extremely clean very modern and the owner was very attentive to any of our needs even for something as simple as the TV not being plugged in properly we didn’t know and reached out to her and she sent someone over within 10 mins of me sending the message. My kids all enjoyed the indoor pool area which was a nice size. The condo was located close to the main highway and lots of restaurants and supermarket. I would definitely recommend this location to stay for a short or long stay and we will definitely be going back…

Condo is newly renovated. Very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Conveniently located - CVS, Wawa, Starbucks, and DD are in walking distance. Beach is a short 5 minute walk. Really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo.

We visited Ocean City for a few days. We loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated and newly updated. It was so clean and in a great location. The owners, Michelle and Gabe, were so accommodating and made sure our stay was a great one. We will definitely stay here again.
