Semidetached house in a country house in the green hills overlooking Montecatini Terme. Panoramic view over the plain and the surrounding hills. Quiet position. Fenced, shared property with lawn and olive trees (table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol). Simple but complete furnishings. Distances: Montecatini Terme 4.5 km (swimming pool, tennis court, horse racing track and elegant stores). Grocery stores 3.2 km, Lucca 29 km, Florence 45 km, the beaches of Versilia 55 km. The last part of the gravel road to the accommodation is not suitable for low sports cars.
