The bright and friendly atmosphere makes for a pleasant living experience.



The outdoor area invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Seating is available on the unfenced terrace, ideal for a cosy breakfast or dinner in the open air. Use the barbecue area for communal meals and enjoy the summery atmosphere.



The location of the house is ideal for visits to the beach, but also for cultural and nature-related excursions. Discover the famous beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi or visit Carrara, famous for its high-quality marble. Nature lovers can explore the impressive Antro del Corchia cave in the Apuan Alps Park. For art lovers, the cities of Pisa and Lucca are recommended excursion destinations. In summer, there are also boat trips from Viareggio to the picturesque villages of the Cinque Terre.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person. Up to one pet is allowed.
