Welcome to Chateau Paradise! This completely renovated, newly furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is a vacationer’s dream! As you pull up to the front of the home, you’ll notice the immaculate landscaping and welcoming exterior. Walking through the front door, you’re greeted with a bright, open floor plan, vinyl plank flooring that spans the home and beautiful, sunny views of the 15th green of the Club Course.

The living area is complete with a wall-mounted flat screen TV, comfortable seating and sliding glass doors that lead to the private patio. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The stunning, eat-in kitchen was designed with a chef in mind! It features new stainless appliances, marble counters, plenty of cabinet space and an oversized island with 4 barstools. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6. Another set of sliding doors can be found off the dining area.

The master bedroom is located on the first level. This large space features a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen, and sliding doors that lead to the back patio. The master also features a private bathroom with a double vanity, stand alone tub and a walk-in shower.

Uniquely, the first level of the home features a dedicated office space, as well as a multipurpose space that can be used for a play area, yoga studio or another office for those on a working vacation! The powder room and laundry room are also located on this level.

The second floor of the home features the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, as well as a flat screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms share access to a hall bathroom with a large vanity area and a walk-in shower.

Guests of this home can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just 2 miles away- an easy bike or car ride.

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass. Passes are charged per car per week; 17.00 per car per week.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly and allows up to TWO (2) dogs MAX; 40 lbs. per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of 225.00 per dog to be paid directly to Sunset Rentals.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
