Perfect

Great location easy to walk to plaza and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable nice outdoor seating area. Nice and quite great for relaxing. Very responsive host. Loved this place!

Extremely clean! Great location. The turn out of the parking lot can be tricky but most streets in Santa Fe are. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient to plaza

It seems crazy to have to stop to pick up a key when they could use a lock box. The rental agreement was long and complicated. Everything was complicated and a little inaccurate. It is a charming enough but dark, not great lighting. Great location. The outside patio was covered and unusable, very dirty and the courtyard area had a lot of trash, broken pots and the entire place could use an update. We enjoyed ourselves anyway. It is cozy

Thanksgiving get away

This property was charming. Couldn’t get over how clean it was. It literally sparkled. And the homeowners attention to details were impressive. Lots of tour books of the area very well stocked kitchen, and directions for how to use the washer, dryer and fireplace.. Lovely place.

Cozy stay in downtown Santa Fe

We absolutely loved staying at this property - it was clean, very well equipped with everything we needed and in the perfect location to walk to the downtown plaza. The property management company was fantastic and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this place!

Well appointed, clean, pleasant casita. Comfortable for 3 generation vacation. Access to property required stop at an office for keys; a step we had not encountered before. Easy walk to grocery, Santa Fe Plaza.

The property was nice but the listing should have disclosed the fact that only the master bedroom had AC. Also, there was no dresser available to renters in the master bedroom. The only dresser was padlocked by the owner.

Cozy, quiet, and well furnished

This home clearly is loved and used by the owner. Probably the most well-equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed in. This place was surprisingly quiet given its access off a busy street. Very walkable location. Our only gripe is that basics for getting started were pretty sparse - toilet paper, firewood, and coffee we had to get almost immediately. Parking is angle against the outer property wall. Wasn't clear in the instructions. A nice, but somewhat exasperated neighbor clued us in. Other than that, super nice place to stay. One of our top stays in Santa Fe. We gave our adult daughter the bedroom suite while we took the other bedroom with common bathroom. It worked out great for all.

Great place in Sante Fe

What a nice, convenient place to stay in Sante Fe. It was perfect for myself and a friend or would also be great for 2 couples. We were able to walk everywhere from this property easily and felt safe. There's a great neighborhood market right down the street to get any provisions you need. The property was super clean. The kitchen is small but has absolutely everything you could want. The outside area is private and spacious with a chiminea, table, chairs, and grill. The kiva fireplace is also great inside! My only suggestions are to have a lockbox at the property for check-in/out (we did not have a car so it was a bit of a pain making an extra stop to pick up the key and then drop it off when leaving) and to provide some extra firewood (we only had 3 logs which did not last long in the cold weather and it was surprisingly difficult to find wood within walking distance). Thank you for the stay!

Great location, great space

This is such a welll-appointed home. We had the best stay. Downtown is easily walkable and safe. The home is set back from the busy street so you don't hear the traffic. The kitchen is stocked well with tools and spices. Bathrooms were so clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed drinking wine every night in the small yard. My only criticism is on the "child-friendly"ness of the home. The living room has a glass coffee table with sharp corners. This had to be moved since the living room is the bet play area. Otherwise we had an easy time renting a crib from BabyQuip and had ample room in the bedroom for it. It's also hard to push a stroller through the rock parking lot. None of this would stop me from staying again, though!

Rental experience

Check in person was rude! Upon arrival to condo, found the patio dirty. Furniture had covers on it. When taking cover off table and chairs, table and chairs were covered in bugs. I was told they were flat bugs. Spider webs were thick to right of front door. The kitchen table was unstable. We put cardboard and paper towels under the legs to try to level. One air conditioner in master bed room was not sufficient to cool other bedroom. Enjoyed want we came to see in Santa Fe. Connie Reynolds

Enjoyable stay, a few updates needed

The house was incredibly quiet which my friend and I appreciated. A few things — the mattress in the second bedroom should be replaced. It’s very soft, the edge slopes and you wake up in a hole. I was alone but if my husband had traveled with me I probably would have found it uncomfortable. The room needs a bright light too, it’s very dark. The toaster should be replaced too—the two holes on the right side charred the bread. Lastly, I love having a washer and dryer but the dryer was difficult to operate and never got warm. It’s also hard to open because there’s no indentation for your fingers to pull the door open. Thank you for providing a robe in the second guest room. I used it every fish since the bathroom was in the hall. My friend had the ensuite/master bedroom so I am nog sure if she had any feedback. Thank you!

Sister’s getaway

This was a very nice casita. Location was near the downtown center and quiet…never heard anyone else. The casita was well appointed and pretty true to the description online. There were a few things we noted that if changed could enhance a guest’s stay (limited tv channels, extra blankets for the beds, lack of laundry soap - we were there several days and there was only enough for one load, need a small dresser in master - no place to put foldables, hook for hand towel in second bath, and instructions on use of the gate). We also were told to expect a repairman on a specific day. He did not arrive and we were not contacted about rescheduling. We contacted the property manager and were transferred twice then disconnected…not so smooth. We would recommend this vrbo and give it a “good” not “great” overall rating, and the extra fees were quite steep.

Great location! Very Santa Fe!

The condo is very well situated to explore down town Santa Fe on foot if you choose. Easy access to everything. Condo is cozy and very well equipped. Very nicely decorated. Quiet nice neighborhood . We used it as “base camp”ate breakfast every morning in the condo and then off to explore! Great place all round.
