Quiet home with Lake views in a neighborhood that's close to everything-super close to Downtown Dunedin and close to world famous Clearwater Beach! Also an easy commute to Tampa & Orlando too! You can't go wrong! Locally owned & managed.

Centrally located so it’s easy to commute to/from Tampa Int’l Airport & St.Pete/Clw Airport. Close to beautiful beaches & downtown nightlife. The best of both worlds so it’s great for family fun or a night out- or both! Less than 2 hour drive to Orlando.

The entire home is accessible by guests other than a small locked storage cabinet in garage and locked bathroom closet.

I am available locally by text, E-mail or phone calls for any issues that may arise, but also completely hands-off if guest prefers to not be bothered.

Great Stay for a Family or Group

The house is in a nice quiet family neighborhood. The inside of the home is immaculate and nicely furnished. The large kitchen and dining area were perfect for mealtimes. We had a lovely stay.

Staycation in Clearwater...

On the whole the stay was fine... very close to Dunedin and Clearwater Beach and the mall and restaurants only 5 minutes away. Host had all the required amenities in the home.. My only qualm was the curb appeal was not in the least bit inviting, inside was nice. Needs some repair work ...but all in all served the purpose of our visit ...

Great location! Quiet neighborhood

My husband adored the peacocks that wander through the neighborhood. The house was super clean when we arrived. House is close to the mall and downtown Dunedin. A short drive to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! THANK YOU!
