Beach front condo 16th floor Hollywood breathtaking view

Beachfront condo in Hollywood, Florida, immediately next to Hallandale. The condo is ideally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The Sian, next to the Tides is easy to reach from the airports within 14km from Fort Lauderdale (15 minutes) and 33km from Miami(30 minutes). Nice view of both the beach and the intracostal.

Take advantage of the pristine beach of Hollywood or reach to our private pool equipped with lounge chair and shadow spots at your leisure.

The 970 sqft condo is a freshly remodeled and newly furnished unit (august 2021) in the Sian that is a resort-like complex. The unit includes full equipped kitchen, a dining room completely open to the living, a bedroom with a king size bed. The living room is equipped with a leather sofa that convert to a double bed. There is one complete bathroom and one powder room.

You will stay in a condo with a lot of room and comfort that is only match by high end hotels. There is a DVD and a USB reader, sound system with Iphone base, WI-FI internet*, a brand new 55" flat screen TV with large selection of IPTV* channels as well as basic local channels ( 30+ ) and IP phone*.

In the complex, in addition to the pool there is a private gym, pool room, conference room and laundry room on each floor. The building has a 24hr security service and a parking valet. If you have a car, you will have to settle the parking with the valet separately at the price of 10$/day.
Upon your arrival, you will have to meet with the concierge of the building. you will have to buy a key fob to allow your access to the pool and the beach. the key fob cost is 30$ per two adults ( free for children).

The Sian is a set of residential condos. All occupants own or rent their apartment. This is not a hotel and there is no hotel service as such. During your stay, I will have previously announced your arrival at the security and you'll be considered as my guest and a "resident" for the length of your stay.
So you will be living in my personal condo and in my own furniture with all of the usual amenities you would expect form a condo you live in.
You have to respect the peace and quietness at all times.

Relaxing vacation

This is by far one of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in. The place was impeccably clean. The complimentary amenities were amazing as well. There was a fully stocked kitchen with everything we could possibly want. In addition, the starter supply of paper goods and soap, etc were a nice added extra. Since we flew to FL we were limited on what we brought. It was so nice that the condo had a beach umbrella and beach chairs, plus a nice cooler! This made for great days on the beach. Our only issue would be the noise from the street behind the condo. There was constantly loud vehicles, honking cars, etc. However, we were only in the condo later in the evening so this was not a huge issue for us. Plus, we had a white noise machine during the night, so no problems at all 😊. Overall, this was an A++ rental. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a great building. Condo is nice and cozy, check in process was extremely simple and valet was great our entire stay. Building has a great little gym, pool is nice and super easy access to the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Fall Break Vacation

We traveled from Louisville, Kentucky and loved the location of this condo. It was a short Uber drive from Fort Lauderdale airport and we did not need a rental car the entire trip. We did a lot of walking to restaurants and grocery stores and it’s right on the beach. Very clean and well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo

Marc gave perfect instructions regarding checking in. The condo building is extremely clean and looks newer than others i have seen in Hollywood. When we entered the condo, we were shocked how spacious it was. Everything in this condo was clean and looked new and the view of the ocean as well as close proximity to the beach made this a perfect stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great condo that is conveniently located so that we were able to walk everywhere (restaurants, grocery store, Broadwald). Great time in Hallandale

It was a great time we spent here in Hallandale. Everything was perfect. The condo is exactly as described - a great, spacious, absolutely clean, excellently and impeccably equipped apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean and the city on the other side, you probably can't fault anything. A large kitchen equipped with large American appliances, more than enough crockery, cutlery, plates and other accessories - simply great. We didn't need everything but if someone wanted to cook there is everything available which is amazing. We felt at home here. The location is perfect with direct access to the beach and in walking distance to a shopping center and many restaurants. Marc is a perfect host, we had all the necessary information before our arrival and the feeling that he takes care of his guests. We can only recommend the accommodation here and we hope to return here again.

Amazing beach vacation

My husband and I stayed in Marc's apartment for a week. The apartment is exactly, as described. It is very spacious and spotlessly clean. It has everything you will need for a home away from home. The building is well-maintained, has direct access to the beach, and is within walking distance of Walmart and various restaurants. Marc is an excellent host. I highly recommend his place to anyone. We definitely, we'll rent it again.

We had such a great time in Hollywood Beach and we owe a lot of that to our host. The property which we stayed at, was very well-maintained, very clean, and located in a perfect spot. We were only about 1 mile away from the boardwalk which we walked every morning for 5 miles. Marc was very helpful and he made our stay very pleasant. We would highly recommend this property and its owner and we hope to be able to do it again.

Wonderful week on Hallandale beach

Last year we came to Hallandale beach but rented a condo in another place which we didn’t really like. Since we really liked this beach and surroundings we came there again this summer. We were very pleased with Sian condos. It’s a very clean,quiet and comfortable place. Separately about apartment itself. Thank a lot,Marc ! Everything is so clean and white! The kitchen had everything you needed,even more! For the beach- chairs,two beach umbrellas,a sufficient number of different towels. We would love to come back there again.

Marc was a great host and very responsive to all our needs from the get-go. Always looking to please and accommodate us. The property had everything we need to make our stay enjoyable. The property is very clean, full kitchen and nothing was missing, plenty of beach and regular shower towels, beach chairs and umbrella available and the condo was large enough to accommodate 4 people. Laundry room on the same floor, easy access to the parking. Walmart and CVS are 5 minutes away from the property, 2 minutes to the beach. I recommend upgrading the TV's .... although this is a vacation, sometimes we wanted to chill and watch TV. I strongly recommend this property. Thank you Marc
