This house, located in Saint-Germain-du-Pert, is ideal for 12 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 30 September and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a Hi-Fi, a DVD player, a radio and a CD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 14.
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 including a double bed, and 1 including 3 double beds and a private bathroom with a bath tub and toilet, The bathroom is fitted with 2 showers, 3 toilets and a bathtub.
The house features central heating, cleaning products, ironing equipment, a dressing room, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.
End cleaning has to be done by the guests. A tourist tax of 1.7 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 100€ per pet per stay. Parties are allowed.
