Port Aransas Gem in Old Town! Perfect location!
The "SunSpot" is a 2-story end unit located in Old Town Port Aransas. This 3 bedroom/ 3 bath home is close to all of the fun amenities that Port Aransas has to offer including restaurants and bars. The beach is a short golf cart ride away. The downstairs bedroom, full bathroom and sitting area make it easy for groups to find some privacy. While upstairs groups can enjoy the open floor concept making cooking and entertaining a shared event. There are two bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. The kitchen is well supplied and there is a grill on the downstairs patio for our guests. Enjoy the shade on the two deck spaces, upstairs or down. You can see ships come through the channel and the view for the 4th of July fireworks can't be beat. Guests have access to beach toys and boogie boards. We also have a few beach chairs available for use. There is a community pool for guests to use as well. Las Palmeras: Located in the heart of Old Town
