Nice stay

Stay was wonderful, beautiful cabin and I like the gated community. My only suggestion would be is to maybe put information in the cabin so we know where the pool is at like a map, ( we never found it until the last day) and to make sure stuff worked on the cabin ( the one ceiling fan never worked upstairs and we called about it. Also we were suppose to get discount coupons and never received them

Cabin was nice, checkin was not good

The cabin was nice and location was great. The check in process was awful. They didn’t send the directions or door code until I called for them. The directions need to be sent earlier and should be automatic. There were no details in the cabin such as WIFI password, directions to pool and putt putt or anything else. We had to call the rental company 3 times on the first day for information.
