The location is beautiful but lots of things broken. My checkin was suppose to be 4 but we couldn't till 530. What was listed in the home was not. For what I spent on the location i just expected better..

Poorly Maintained
We were very unimpressed with the poor upkeep and management of the cabin. When we arrived, the coffee maker and fire extinguisher were missing and I called and they said they would send one out immediately. They never showed up. I called the next day and they said it was coming but once again, it never showed up. I also mentioned all the batteries were taken out of the remotes and left empty and they said they would send someone out and never did. The cabin itself was very poorly maintained. The couch arm was broken, lots of cabinet handles were missing, the downstairs refrigerator doors were broken, the upstairs refrigerator handle was broken, sharp screws were sticking out of one of the bathroom counters where there was supposed to be a knob. One of the bathrooms had a moldy shower curtain liner, one of the arcade games had a cracked screen, etc. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4 pm but the cleaners were not done at 5:30. The cabin being worn down from lots of guests would not have bothered us that much if the management company would have at least come and fixed the issues we called about. We ended up having to go and buy our own coffee maker.
Do yourself a favor and don’t book this cabin. And more specifically, don’t book any cabin that uses “Cabins of the Smoky Mountains” as the management company. The amount of issues I had are just simply unacceptable. Multiple showers didn’t work and were never fixed during our stay. The dryer was broken when we arrived. Upon arrival we had not 1 bath towel in the whole place. This cabin claims to sleep 60 people and when they did bring towels late that night they brought 8 towels. 8. So we had to go buy towels. Trash cans in the bathrooms were missing. Broken cabinets. Most of the remote controls didn’t work/batteries were dead. A broken futon. One of the beds didn’t have any pillows. The main level refrigerator never cooled down during the entire stay so a lot of our food got ruined. I have never seen anything like it and I was absolutely mortified that my wedding guests had to deal with all of these issues and that I had to keep calling them in the middle of all of my wedding events. They did issue me a very small refund in relation to what I paid them for the stay, which is the absolute least they could do and no amount of money will make up for the amount of stress it caused me on my wedding weekend. I will never stay with this company again.
The cabin is spacey and very welcoming to all guests that were a part of my trip. While many items were not working or broken before arriving at the cabin, their team was eager to check on our cabin and ensure that our stay was pleasant. The location is great and it is very easy to attend events in the downtown area of pigeon forge/Gatlinburg. We hope to be staying here again in the future.
This property is listed that it sleeps 60. It absolutely does not. We brought our youth group, and had planned to put them 3 to a king bed and 2 to a futon. This isn’t realistic. Most of the futons are too small for 2 people. There was supposed to be a queen sleeper couch, there wasn’t. There were also 4-5 futons missing in rooms that were supposed to have them. Some of the bathrooms had no hot water at all - no matter the time of day. Several pots and pans were missing handles, but they replaced them with new ones for us. Parking is extremely tight. We had 4 15 passenger vans, truck and trailer. That was all we could fit. We ended up having to purchase air mattresses because the cabin doesn’t sleep 60. And we only brought 55. Won’t use this cabin again.
