***LINEN SERVICE (SHEETS & TOWELS) IS INCLUDED WITH 4 OR MORE NIGHTS, BUT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR 3 NIGHTS. THE COST IS $410 WHICH SERVICES THE WHOLE HOUSE (BOTH THE MAIN HOUSE AND APARTMENT) WHICH SLEEPS 25 PEOPLE. This is a duplex w/one side 6 BR/6 BA and a connected 2 BR/2 BA apartment with its own separate kitchen and balcony. Both sides are rented together as whole unit. There are 2 kings, 7 queens, 3 twin and 2 sofa beds. The listed prices are for the whole house. This beach house called Moonlighting has an unobstructed view of the beach and is across the street from the beach access. This is in a quiet, private neighborhood, but close to all the action. As Ocean Blvd doesn't connect due to a state park on one side and a campground on the other...you essentially have your own private beach right in front of you.

Property had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchens could use a little better stocking- apartment side. The floors had not been swept when we arrived and were very sandy.

This house has it all.
The home’s layout gave us plenty of room. The pool is a great size and the beach is a stone’s throw away. The view from the balconies was a huge plus. We used the kitchen everyday and it was perfect for many of us working together. We would love to return!

Can’t wait to stay here again!
This was the perfect place for our family vacation! There were 20 of us and we had more than enough space. Probably the cleanest beach house we’ve ever stayed at. Bathrooms for everyone. Well insulated so we could have fun without disturbing sleeping babies. The location was unbeatable. Amazing view. The shortest walk to the beach. Very short drive to anything you need, but the neighborhood made it feel like you were far from everything. Within the first 24 hours people were telling me we should stay here again. communication ahead with management was great, and I had no need to contact them for anything at all during our stay because Everything was in great shape and we didn’t have any unanswered questions.

Our stay was wonderful. Home is nice and cozy and we appreciated that all bedrooms were en-suites. Showers were nice and hot. The view was a nice view and the access to the beach was a one minute walk from the property. On our departure date, we mistakenly locked a cell phone in the attached apartment. I made a phone call to Maureen and she made things happen very quickly for us to retrieve the cell phone. Our stay was truly enjoyable!

A Great Christmas Experience
Overall, My stay at this property was excellent. Perfect location across from the Ocean, Owner was readily available at all times. Great location to the Myrtle Beach strip.

The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with private beach access! We had family from MD, MI and TX coming together and the home had space for everyone. The property owner was very nice, attentive and returned calls within hours. I remained in constant contact with the owner during our stay. She sent someone out to unclog a tub and remove mold from a bathroom wall. She also promptly sent over an exterminator to provide info on the bug (roaches) situation. He was very nice and informative but was not able to spray because he was close to his limit for the year and will spray once we leave. There was a constant presence of roaches throughout our stay (even one in the fridge) so it resulted in us not preparing meals in the home. Previously owning homes in NC and SC, I understand the bug situation can be difficult to manage.

Great family vacation!
There was plenty of room! We loved the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, extra refrigerators and washer and dryer! There was tons of cabinet space, counter space, seating at tables, and parking space! The location was perfect for the teens to walk over to the beach. The only 2 suggestions for improvement we have are to put a walkway upstairs between the main house and apartment, and to add towel racks in the apartment bathroom.

Great time in Myrtle Beach
The location of the house was great! The owner of the property was very accommodating and made it easy. We had multiple groups arriving at different times and they were allowed to check in before the formal time. The house was spacious and fully met our needs. The weather was the only thing that could have been better.

House was incredible and perfect for our 8 guy golf trip. The location to the airport and golf courses is awesome. House has spectacular views of the ocean and great pool. We would definitely recommend staying here. Maureen was very attentive and great to deal with.

Ridiculous, inhumane and infested with roaches.
On a positive note, this house is beautiful. Now for the negative. This house was Roach infested. As host stated in an earlier review, these were not palmetto bugs. These were roaches! They were in one of the refrigerators..everyday, in the sink, on the counters..everywhere in the kitchen and dining area. I texted the host and informed her that within a hour of arrival, we killed several. She mentioned that someone bought the roaches last month and the roaches we saw were the last due to them being exterminated. She even sent the exterminator to the house (without his equipment) to explain that whatever chemicals he used the roaches aren't able to reproduce. After he left, we saw MORE roaches. We went to the store to purchase bug spray as well. I texted the host and advise her that the conditions are inhumane and we killed MORE Roaches than we had guest and she needed a new exterminator. It was truly embarrassing and discussing. I have two rental properties and never experience a bug problem this terrible. She has yet to respond to me, which is totally disrespectful and inconsiderate. Not even a concession provided or refund of a night offered. I also recommended that she exterminate again and to not rent the property until she knew the roaches we're no longer an issue. But that's not going to happen because another booking is scheduled to arrive later today. I wish I was able to upload pictures and videos of the roaches we captured that I have. Only because I don't want her to counter comment my review and deflect the issue and say it was us. The lack of cable in the rooms were the least of our worries. BTW....we killed OVER 25 Roaches on this trip..no exaggeration. Still had fun with my family. I wish I could recommend this house again, but I can't. I also took pictures of the clean and good condition we left the house in. Per usual.

Was a great stay and accomdated the many of us there were.
Little dirty, but nothing crazy. Propane grill would be nice over the camp style grills. Everything else was perfect, the owner was very communicative and pleasant to deal with. One of us forgot headphones and he had them shipped quite quickly.
