Our apartment is centrally located in the popular district of the city of Koblenz Metternich. Public transportation can be reached within walking distance and connect quickly and easily to the city center. Supermarket and bakery are also be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The ideal place to explore the popular town of Koblenz.

Our flat (3 rooms kitchen / bathroom) is modern cut and equipped and has 78 square meters with balcony,

A refundable deposit of EUR 200. 00 will be charged upon moving into a bar and is refunded when you move out again.

The final cleaning is charged with an additional EUR 80. 00.

Wir waren über 6 Wochen in der Wohnung die teilweise recht modern ist. Ein paar Küchenutensilien haben uns gefehlt Der Fernseher recht klein Das Haus sehr Hellhörig Eventuell kann man für das Bad dunkle Jalousien kaufen da der Nachbar immer reinschauen kann und man so beim duschen jedes mal den Rolladen hoch und runter machen muss. Sauberkeit war ok

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber/in!!!

Wir waren in allen Belangen bestens zufrieden. Sauber, geräumige Wohnung (2 Schlafzimmer, wenn man mit einem 14 jährigen Jungen verreist klar zum Vorteil), freundlicher Empfang, bei Fragen direkte Antwort. Besser geht es nicht.

Ausgezeichnet für längeren dienstlichen Aufenhalt in Koblenz/Metternich

Eine schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung nahe Uni und WTD41 und WTS. Relativ ruhig, aber zentral gelegen. Geschäfte schnell erreichbar, Apotheke und Bäcker um die Ecke. Etwas schneller staubig als andere Objekte, dies aber teils durch die nahen Straßen bedingt. Mit dem bereitgestellten Material unkompliziert lösbar. Verbessert werden könnte der Zugang zum Putzraum (im Nachgang eingefallen). Eine defekte Bratpfanne wurde beim Auszug gemeldet und war kein wesentliches Problem, denn sonst ist die Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut. Sympathische und zuvorkommende private Vermieter. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Bad komplett neu renoviert. Kann man sehr empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehe schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Bäcker in direkter Nähe, Supermarkt auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Tiefgaragenplatz inklusive - das Auto sollte nicht zu groß sein, sonst wird's sehr eng. Alternativ parken am Straßenrand möglich. Die Glasscheibe an der Badewanne dürfte etwas breiter sein, damit man beim Duschen nicht so sehr aufpassen muss. Bis auf diese Kleinigkeit wirklich eine super Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Von Koblenz aus sind diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten an Rhein und Mosel sehr gut zu erreichen. Last but not least: Sehr freundliche Vermieter, alle Fragen zu Anreise, Abwicklung der Bezahlung usw. kurzfristig beantwortet.

Sehr schöne, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Durch einen Wasserschaden in unserer Wohnung sind wir eher unfreiwillig in die Ferienwohnung gezogen. Daher war die Voraussetzung eine Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es stellte sich als Glücksgriff heraus: Sehr netter Umgang mit dem Vermieter, sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Als Koblenzer kennt man die Lage, diese ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und dennoch sehr nah am Zentrum. Diese Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder nehmen! Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte.

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful city!

The apartment was just as described. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were 3 people, so appreciated the extra half-bath. We enjoyed the restaurants, bakery, and shopping within walking distance. While we took a taxi to downtown Koblenz, a bus stop is close to the apartment, and we will try to figure that out next time. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the music from the weekend festival!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler, jedoch ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Obwohl es ein Mehrfamilienhaus ist, war er sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, Bushaltestelle, Bäcker, Edeka, und Aldi sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Lovely spacious and quiet apartment

This apartment is located in a quiet residential area across the Mosel from old town Koblenz. Note that getting into town requires a taxi or bus (or rental car). For our short stay we used taxis, but note that the dispatchers only speak German. If you plan to use the bus, check out the info on a bus pass at the train station. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and the balcony was a lovely place to sit and relax after a day of sight seeing. Highly recommend this property - we plan to return for a longer stay!

Ruhige, große Ferienwohnung mit großzügiger und gemütlicher Austattung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, das gilt für Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer als auch das Bad. Auch die Einbauküche bietet guten Platz zum Kochen und ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man so braucht. Für längere Aufenthalte ist insbesondere die Waschmaschine eine große Erleichterung. Man fühlt sich wohl, es ist sauber und gemütlich, wer eine schöne Ferienwohnung in Koblenz sucht, dem kann ich dieses Domizil nur Empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert, Bezahlung (Vorkasse über Fewo-Direkt) und Abrechnung haben problemlos funktioniert. Gerne wieder.

Koblenz Summer Stay

Everything is as represented - quiet location, great apartment, clean. Also very convenient to bus stop, nice bakery and food shop, everything you need. Only 15 min. to Koblenz city center on the bus. Enjoyed our stay very much would definately would stay here again.

Schöne, modern ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist sowohl Koblenz wie auch das Umland mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Da ich Allergikerin bin, haben wir uns stets selbst versorgt, was in der Küche ohne Probleme machbar war. Auch nach einer Woche hätten wir noch weitere interessante Ziele besuchen können.
