An Ocean Breeze Puts The Mind At Ease!
This is a family friendly, 4th floor condo in Ariel Dunes II. This unit sleeps up to 6 guest with a King size bed, hallway bunks, and sleeper sofa. Pack n’ Play is also available. It is a short 0.3 mile walk from the beach and overlooks 3 beautiful pools from the oversized balcony with stunning Gulf views and a relaxing ocean breeze. Conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping.
The Living room includes the following:
• Queen sleeper sofa
• 65 inch smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, etc
• Family games and puzzles
The master bedroom includes the following:
• King size bed
• Attached half bathroom
• 45 inch TV
• Charging station for multiple devices
Twin bunk beds are located in the hallway (although the top bunk is not recommended for small chikdren) next to a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. A Pack n' Play is also available for use.
The Kitchen is fully stocked and also includes the following:
• Keurig coffee maker
• Blender
• Cooking essentials for small and large meals
• 4 barstools for indoor dining
The Balcony includes the following:
• 4 person dining table
• 4 person lounge area
• 2 Beach chairs and sand toys
