Loft style new condo on the Yampa River and Steamboat Core trail.
Watch the River flowing by while lying in bed. Large great room with full size kitchen with Maytag appliances Includes a day bed, doubles as a second sofa. Master bed area has a full size Maytag washer and dryer.
Huge heated garage for Bikes, Boards .
This condo is steps from the Yampa River where there is incredible fly fishing. Floating and tube rafting are also right outside the door.
Bike, jog, or hike the core trail which touches the property. In winter no need to shovel snow, driveway is heated!
