Get the best of both worlds! Enjoy a 3/3 new home situated on a beautiful hill overlooking the hill country, but still be close enough to Main Street to easily enjoy the numerous shops, galleries, and bars/restaurants. After the hustle and bustle of Main Street, relax on your quiet front porch and watch an incredible sunset view over the hill country. Or step into the oak grove located south of the house and sit in a hammock chair with a favorite cocktail. Hammocks and hangers in pantry.

The first floor of the guesthouse has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and each includes en suite bathrooms. The top floor is accessed by an outside entry, and is a large room with a king bed and en suite bathroom. This house is perfect for a couples getaway.

The house is equipped with a full kitchen with all new appliances.

Activities: Popular indoor games provided. Deer, jackrabbits, foxes, roadrunners, birds abound in area. Explore the hill or go for a 2 mile walk into town.

Hilltop Guesthouse

The house was clean, nicely appointed and had a real “homey” feel to it. The host/hostess were very welcoming and left a nice welcome basket on the kitchen table. The view from the property was awesome and made the eclipse viewing extra special. Definitely a place I will recommend to friends who might be interested in visiting Texas hill country.

Building a lasting friendship with shared memories

This was our first couples friends trip and we had an amazing time. Having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple was definitely a plus. The beds were extremely comfortable and I was able to have a good nights sleep. This house was very cozy and beautiful! The property was beautiful and we saw some deer on the property as well. The property owner was very friendly and communicative through the messaging app which is much appreciated. We definitely will stay here again :)!

Awesome guesthouse in Fredericksburg

One of the best VRBO rentals we have ever had! Was perfect for a group of five. House is so well done, front porch and view is perfect for morning coffee, and super clean. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Fredericksburg.

Just perfect!

The view is gorgeous and the house is so nice and cute! The host was so sweet to set us up with birthday balloons, scones and snacks, and even half and half in the fridge for our coffee! Everything was easy and lovely, and we all agreed it could not be more perfect.

Quite retreat close to shopping and dining

This is a perfect location for those needing a private home stay that is very close to everything Frederickburg has to offer. Great view from the front porch. A place to call home for a stay away from home. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful house! Felt like the country but so close to town. We enjoyed the views and awesome sunset. We were greeted with balloon and yummy cinnamon coffee cake and other snacks. Got to see couple of deer right by the house on our final morning there. Owners were very gracious and nice to check in on us the first night. Definitely recommend this home and hope to be back soon.

Beautiful home, wonderful experience!

What a fabulous trip at the perfect home, in the perfect location. It felt like we were out in the country with a view but only 2 miles from downtown Fredericksburg. We had a group of 6 ladies that went for my mom’s 70th birthday. We were greeted with balloons and homemade pumpkin scones! The house was very spacious, including a giant room upstairs with plenty of room for extra guests. It was a treat to have our morning coffee on the beautiful front porch. Check in and check out was very easy. This place did not disappoint and we will definitely be back!

Perfect in every way!

Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful home! The location was perfect -- just minutes from town but felt like we were deep in the country as we enjoyed viewing wildlife and starry nights from the comfy patio. The house itself was immaculate and had every comfort you could want. The absolute best part was the host Misty who thoughtfully planned for our arrival leaving snacks, delicious coffee and muffins as well as other personal touches. She was so responsive before and during our stay and helped with recommendations. It was like we were staying at a friend's guesthouse. I cannot recommend this home enough!

Great property location, close to downtown and area wineries. House is charming inside and out. Owners went above and beyond, for example, I had mentioned it was my birthday and upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised to see a bouquet of flowers and balloons and a basket of treats! Our stay at this property with two other couples was fabulous! The house is extremely well maintained and clean. The porch and the view is breathtaking of Texas Hill Country. The owner was very thoughtful in preparing for our entrance! Definitely a repeat stay in the future!

The Gem of Fredericksburg

This vacation house is truly an amazing place to stay. It sits on top of a hill high above the town for views that extend for miles, and you can sit on the large porch and watch the sunset. Picturesque is an understatement. The house itself is modern but has the perfect Hill Country charm to it. The spacious bedrooms fit our group of 6 perfectly, especially the large master bedroom upstairs. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Highly, Highly, Highly Recommend this gorgeous home.
