Cape Coral getaway
Lovely home and great location. Close to some great lunch and dinner spots (Lobster Lady, Pinchers, and mostly Rumrunners!)
Could have used some additional toiletries. Very minimal compared to my past rentals.

Overall a good stay
The home was well appointed for our group of 6 and had nice amenities. We had several issues that didn’t get resolved during our trip including a broken pool heater so the pool never got above 66 degrees. We were told they would consider a refund since the pool was way too cold to use then completely ghosted and stopped responding. If the pool heater worked and a few other small things we would probably consider staying here again but I take issue with questionable service when issues arise.

Great house
Was a great house. We sat on the porch every morning and night and watched the manatees swim past. The only thing we didn’t love was the steps in the living room. My daughter and husband hit their head on the steps many times walking in the living room. We ended up putting the footrest for the couch under it sticking out a little just so they didn’t walk that way.
We traveled with our 3 children and the house was the perfect size for the 5 of us to live around and not feel like we were on top of each other.
Unfortunately it was too cold the week we were in FL so we did not get to put the pool to use.

Extended Family Vacay
Beautiful property on the canal....we had an amazing time playing in the pool, kayaking, fishing, riding bikes (highly recommend Cape Coral Bicycle Rentals), enjoying dinner on the la'nai and making wonderful family memories. The only negatives (which were fixed the next morning) was a leaky shower and a door that would get stuck in one of the bathrooms. The nice beaches are 45 minutes to an hour away - we were not fans of Fort Meyers - but the Sanibel beaches, Naples, and Barefoot Beach were all AMAZING. We HIGHLY recommend staying at this gorgeous home for a quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating family vacation.
