Private Apartment 2nd Floor with independent side entry and parking.
We are located at the very hard of San Pancho, Nayarit, a couple of blocks away from the beach and close to Tercer Mundo main street. If you decide to walk around to explore you can find nearby restaurants, cafes, bars, and cultural activities. Mexico is well known for having beautiful beaches and San Pancho is not an exception, clean water, hot sand, and the beautiful sound of the waves waiting for you a few steps away.

False advertising

The unit in the pictures that we rented is not the unit that was offer to us when we arrived, we were informed when we arrived they informed us the other unit was rented out so we had to stay in a different unit, which was not comparable, It had one small window and I believe the couch was a old truck seat. I told the gentleman that this was not the unit I rented and he said the other unit had been rented out. I informed him I had booked my unit over five months ago and he said sorry his wife should’ve sent us a link to the new room and was very apologetic. We told him we would not stay and we would like our money back, he was quick to help us get our refund however we had to go find somewhere else and luckily found a beautiful place just up the hill however, it was only available for three nights, so we then had to find another location. We Wasted hours of our holiday trying to find last minute accommodation. We noticed they have advertised their units with the same photos that were showing to us. I’m not sure if this is a bait and switch, I would highly recommend you confirm which unit you are getting, the one in the pictures or one of the other ones.
