Great location, very nice cabin, and after 10 or 12 miles on the Bartram Trail the hot tub was the bomb!!!!!

A nice location

It was really cozy and a nice place for all of us women going on a retreat. Really a mountain top experience. Like the previous person stated, there were little cosmetics that could be taken care of and I have listed them to Juan, the manager, and hopefully it will be better for the next person. Listed as 5 beds, we only had 3 beds. Communication was slow but the manager later explained that he had 2 emails. After that communication was smooth. Internet password was not working and we were unable to reach the property manager, until we went to Wendys to get their unsecured internet service. However, when he gave us an alternative, we were able to enjoy the internet.

Great house but needs attention to small details

First the positives. The house was spacious - well-laid out with lots of room. Having three full baths was nice as we had four adults staying there. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and our event (car show). It’s a mountain home - access to the driveway was on a 25-degree slope - but it had a level pad that could accommodate two vehicles. For the most part the house was well-appointed and furnished. Nice house. We just felt it lacked attention to detail and finishing. Examples: * We had a grill, but no propane * Since we couldn’t grill, we thought we’d broil - no broiler pan * We had plenty of dishes and glasses, but only five forks and four spoons * There was a Wi-Fi router in the house but no service - we never established reliable internet. * TV was there, but without internet we could not sign into our streaming services * For a five-day stay we were disappointed to find there was no washer/dryer There were also some minor issues - water drained exceptionally slow in one of the bathrooms. We found a woman’s fingernail - complete with nail polish - in one of the beds. Just little things that detracted from the stay. All in all, it was a lovely house that just needed that little extra touch to make it more enjoyable.

Need a good cleaning and update

The property was in a great location for us. The bedrooms were large. However, the lights needed changing, the mattresses were nasty, the place itself needed a deep cleaning.

Overall a great stay at a nice property in a beautiful location.

Quiet and tranquil, beautiful and convenient location to town and lots of hiking trails and lakes nearby. Overall a great property with privacy. Hot tub was nice but had a lot of sand/dirt in the bottom of it. Back porch where the grill was could use some cleaning, couldn’t sit out there because the cushions were too dirty. Other than that we had a great stay.

Girls trip

We had a great time at the cabin. The living room was perfect for us. The furniture arrangement was great for talking. We were happy to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The hot tub was the deciding factor for renting this house. 😊

Nice Location. Close to town but still secluded.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again. Everything was clean. My son enjoyed the hot tub. Internet was available with no issues. Driveway could hold 4 cars or so.
