The rooms are on the ground floor and on the first floor, the connection takes place via external stairs. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, while three bedrooms, a bathroom and a children's playroom are available on the first floor. Your precious vacation time to spend also preferred in the refreshing pool, while the rest of the family prepared a delicious meal that can be served outside.

Alles gut für eine größere Sippe. Wenn man nicht alles bemieten kann, könnte es komisch werden in einer Küche und Esszimmer....

Außen schön ihnen ausbaufähig.

POSITIV - die Mutter die oben drüber wohnt sehr nett - genügend Liegen - ruhige Lage - direkter Zugang zum Basketballfeld - Parkplätze am Haus - Pool und schöner Außensitzbereich -Hundefreundlich Grundstück und Gassi gehen optimal - 3 Kühlschränke und Küche gut VERBESSERUNGSFÄHIG - Betten total unbequem ,Bettenrost aus Metall wacklig laut und an einer Stelle gebrochen ,zu wenig Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern , Ventilator Kindezimmer geht nicht, keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern im ganzen Haus, Bad -Ausfluss stinkt ,Toilettensitz wackelig in allen drei Bädern, Hacken für Handtücher fehlen im Bad,Sitzauflagen für Liegen dreckig.

Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, sehr schöner gedeckter Sitzplatz, sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter, sehr schöner Pool, ruhige Lage, sehr schöne Räume im guten Zustand. Insgesamt alles bestens und sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely villa which suited us well, but local noise was a nuisance.

Marin is a first class host and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the Villa which is well appointed and comfortable with plenty of accommodation space. I have to mention the noise though - there were roadworks going on throughout our stay, and although it didn't spoil our holiday it was a constant irritation. The 3 bathrooms and two separate toilets were very handy for a large group. The outdoor space is great with a small but clean pool and outdoor covered seating for meals, which was good as we had some rain. WiFi is available, not particularly fast but usable for web browsing and email. As an English speaking group we didn't find many English channels on the TV, but Marin provided a DVD player. The villa is only a 5-10 minute drive from Rovinj, but there is no real public transport so you need a car. Plenty of supermarkets again only a very short drive away. I would recommend this property for a stay, but do be aware of the noise. Marin thought it may be finished by the time of our stay, but it certainly wasn't.

Stark eingeschränkte Urlaubsentspannung durch Baulärm

Das Haus ist entsprechend der Beschreibung in guter Lage und Zustand. Die Mutter des Vermieters eine nette Gastgeberin die gut erreichbar ist und Deutsch spricht. Sie wohnt direkt obendrüber im Haus mit separatem Eingang Leider hatten wir sehr starken Baulärm durch Kanalarbeiten rings ums Haus, von früh morgens bis spät abends. Diese waren während des gesamten Aufenthaltes und auch als wir abreisten. Wir konnten uns mit Mühen und Fachkompetenz schriftlich mit dem Vermieter einigen einen Preisnachlass zu erhalten. Das ganze war aber nervaufreibend. Gerne wären wir vor Anreise informiert gewesen und hätten Abstand genommen von unserer Reise bzw ein anderes Objekt gefunden. Wir waren 10 Personen. Abgesehen vom Lärm und dessen zähen Klärung ist das Objekt empfehlenswert. Und die Umgebung wunderbar. Erholung nur bedingt, wir wohnten direkt in einer Baustelle.

Perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Familienurlaub

Tolle Unterkunft, super Lage, schöner Pool, perfekte Outdoor grillstelle. Ein bisschen zu wenig Haken für Handtücher in den Badezimmern. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Super vakantie gehad, absolute aanrader

We verbleven er een week met 3 gezinnen, ieder gezin had zijn eigen kamers en badkamer ideale ligging, heerlijk zwembad, heel leuk dat er een pizzaoven was. Een klein nadeel was dat niet op iedere kamer airco want het as die week iedere dag 33°.

Super Ferienhaus,wo alles passte

Es war alles hervorragend, die Bilder stimmen zu 100% der Realität. Ana vor Ort war super nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhig und doch schnell in Rovinj.Supermärkte nicht weit. Restaurant Orca in 5 Minuten zu Fuß,sehr zu empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder.

Hatten einen super Aufenthalt dort. Vermieterin Ana ist super nett und entspannt. Haus ist top. Schöne Zimmer, alles sauber. BBQ-Bereich ist genial zum Aufhalten, Grillen und Pizza-Machen.

Top-Urlaub

Positiv: 1. Alle Angaben in der Beschreibung entsprechen der Realität. 2.Das Objekt befindet sich in einem Top-Zustand 3. Sehr nette Vermieterin 4. Ideal für einen "großen Familienurlaub" 5. Auch wenn man mal keine Lust auf Strand hat, kann man am Pool einen herrlichen Urlaubstag verleben 6.Das Restaurant Orca befindet sich in ca. 5 min. Entfernung fußläufig vom Objekt und ist einen oder mehrere Besuche wert, top Personal, noch besseres Essen 7.Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, mit dem Auto ca. 5 min. 8. Tolle geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer 9. Toller Aussenbereich mit großem Grill, Pizzaofen und zusätzlichem Kühlschrank. Wenn wir etwas bemängeln sollten, so ist das die Entfernung zur Altstadt (ca. 2,8 Km). Das ist aber der Tatsache geschuldet, dass wir mit drei kleinen Kindeern im Urlaub waren. Für Erwachsene sollte der " Fußmarsch " hin und zurück keine großen Problem bereiten, für Kinder ist es nach einem langen Tag beschwerlich, auch wenn wir mit Kinderbuggys unterwegs waren, sodass wir des öftern die Fahrzeuge nehmen mussten. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene im Alter von 25 - 53 Jahre und drei Kinder im Alter von 1,3 Jahre, 2,5 Jahre und 5 Jahren. Gebucht hatten wir vom 18.06.2016 - 02.07.2016. Das Objekt können wir ohne Abstriche weiter empfehlen.
