The house is ideal for 2-3 families. An outdoor pool on the neighboring property of the owner can be used, as well as an infrared cabin for 2 people for a fee. Somewhat steep stairs. Stair guard available. Table tennis table. The winter garden on the second floor can be heated with a fireplace. Youth groups only on request! No small damage concept with this object.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open May - end September.
