## Neighborhood

Located in a quiet, pleasant area of La Test-de-Buch, you'll have everything you need for a wonderful stay in the Arcachon Basin. From the villa, you can stroll along the banks of the canal and enjoy oysters in one of the waterside cabins. The harbor of La Test-de-Buch is 20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car, and the beaches of La Test-de-Buch are 5 minutes away by bike or 11 minutes by car. To discover the flora and fauna of the Landes region, the Sentier Est hiking trail is just a 15-minute walk from the villa. You'll also find the Arcachon golf course a 10-minute drive away, and the La Teste-de-Buch municipal market a 7-minute drive or 9-minute bike ride away. Finally, you'll be in the perfect location to discover all the wonders of the region: the Dune du Pilat, Île aux Oiseaux, Cap-Ferret, etc.
