3. **Maximum Occupancy**: The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. This limit includes adults and children. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety and comfort reasons.
4. **No Smoking Policy**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. Guests may smoke outdoors in designated smoking areas, ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts in provided receptacles.
5. **No Pets Policy**: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless explicitly permitted in advance and specified in the rental agreement. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and forfeiture of the security deposit.
