With 5,330 square feet of living space, this villa features double high ceilings in the central living space surrounded by patio doors which open up onto the beautiful, private garden and pool; a spacious dining room, and outdoor dining, set perfectly for hosting friends and family.

Designed for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. This spacious villa has 4 large bedrooms, distributed between 2 floors. All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms that are fully furnished and equipped with all amenities needed to fit guest needs. Upstairs the bedrooms have access to balconies and terraces to enjoy the Caribbean breeze and the magical sunsets.

Daily breakfast and lunch preparation . (Guest must provide all groceries. Additional meals (dinner) can be prepared at additional fee.) Supermarket conveniently located at La Marina for groceries and more. We have an excellent cook who will delight you with her meals!

Daily housekeeping is included.

This Villa is completely stocked with everything you need for your perfect getaway – All you have to do is unpack, relax and enjoy!

One of the best vacations

This was one of if not the best place (villa) we have ever stayed and one of the best family vacations we could as for. So impressed by the people who took care of us. I would recommend this villa 10 times out of ten.

Summer family vacation

Our rental included a staff of 2 , one cook and one housekeeper. The cook prepared amazing meals and the housekeeper provided daily service. The interior of the home is lovely and centrally located to Minitas It is of note, while the bedrooms are air conditioned there are no air conditioned living areas. Our family had a delightful stay at this home

Terrific getaway house

Terrific house - perfect for 2 families. It is clean and comfortable with plenty of places to relax - inside and outside (nice pool, lounge chairs, shaded hammock, etc.) Good location - about 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach and 5 more to the hotel or marina. Host was very responsive and accommodating and two helpers really made a big difference - keeping everything clean and preparing delicious breakfast and lunch every day. I recommend without hesitation!

Extend your stay

Two couples stayed 5 days at Villa Mariposa and we should have booked a longer stay. The villa is exactly as represented and it was wonderful working with Mariela, who answered our questions, addressed any concerns and provided Kevin as a recommendation for transport to and from Punta Cana. The staff was wonderful and overly helpful despite our having to use a translation app to communicate and they made us feel right at home.

Family Reunion

Amazing property and service provide. Morena, Marie and Yineliss went out of their way to make our stay special and in surprising my mom on her birthday. The food was excellent and they did not hesitate and pleased us and the kiddos. We felt like we were visiting family member. Will definitely return thank you for all you did for us.

Villa Mariposa

This was our second time at Casa De Campo and our second time staying in the Las Pinas neighborhood. Our entire stay from start to finish went smoothly. The home is immaculate, the owners were available anytime we needed and the service from the staff once in the home was terrific. I especially have to say the house manager Gilenys handled our questions and concerns better then the resort staff when we booked through them directly on our previous stay. We are so grateful we got to experience the beauty of Villa Mariposa and Casa De Campo again!

Excellent stay

Our experience at this villa in Casa de Campo was simply fabulous! The home is beautiful and very spacious with 2 bright bedrooms on the main floor (each with doors to the pool) and two upstairs, with lovely outdoor spaces including a pool and both sunny and shaded areas to relax. The location cannot be beat, as it is a 5 minute drive to Casa de Campo’s gorgeous Minitas Beach with beautiful water, a fantastic restaurant and three pools, including one for kids and one for adults only. The neighborhood is stunningly beautiful. The house staff -Isabell and Santa -were simply amazing. They were so warm and caring, and made delicious breakfasts each morning and prepared dinner if requested. The house is managed by Mariela, the owners’ daughter, who was wonderful and extremely responsive. We mistakenly did not ask to rent the golf car at the house and Mariela immediately helped us out to find another one when it wasn’t charged. I have 5 star taste in vacation accommodations and this home did not disappoint. We will be back!

Absolute perfection!

What a gem! This villa is absolutely stunning! It’s immaculately kept, has a beautiful pool and property, and is just minutes from all the amazing amenities Casa de Campo has to offer. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and each come with a private bathroom/shower. We stayed with 5 adults and two kids and it was perfect. Sonia is an amazing host; her daughter Mariela is the point person and was so communicative and helpful. She set us up with an on-site point person, Yilennis, who did an incredible job shopping for our groceries and setting up reservations at restaurants. Mariela also set us up with an extra golf cart, and an airport transportation person. Basically everything we needed for the week! Isabel the housekeeper/cook made us delicious breakfasts and lunches daily. She will prepare a dinner in advance if you ask her, instead of lunch. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful villa and the lovely people that run it and helped us. Bravo. We can’t wait to come back.

Almost Perfect

The house was beautiful and well maintained and the location was great. Very close to the beach and not far from the marina and market. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The staff at this house was very nice but not overly attentive compared to other houses we have rented. This could be because of the language barrier. Mari was a good cook though and prepared a delicious seafood paella for us. My only other compliant is that the main living part of the house was not air conditioned nor did it have adequate fans and/or cross ventilation. It was extremely hot. Almost unbearable to be inside. So if we weren't at the beach or playing golf or in our air conditioned bedroom, we floated in the beautiful backyard pool or sat under the huge palapala on the patio, which had a fan. Not so terrible, I guess. We also ate all of our meals outside. All in all it was a lovely vacation.

AMAZING

LOVED this villa and the staff! It is beautiful and VERY well maintained. My family spent 8 days there and we were extremely happy with the staff and location. We were 5 minutes away from the private beach which was perfect! This felt like home during the 8 days we were there and I can't wait to go back!!! Thank you!!!

Best vacation ever!

We’ve been all over the Caribbean, and this was our best stay ever! Mariela, the home owner, spent hour via phone telling us what to expect, and things to do. She was absolutely wonderful, and so were the ladies at the house Yilennis, Maria, Moreana, and Alexander were great! Alexander arranged our excursions which were wonderful. Yilennis arranged a private tour of Teeth of the Dog which was incredible, and Maria and Moreana were excellent cooks! We watched a wedding at Alto de Chavon, and my 15 year old daughter said she is so getting married here. The home was stunning, and everyone so nice! We will definitely be back!

Casa de campo is amazing

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Mari was an amazing cook and accommodated our requests. The house was a perfect size for us and well kept. We loved sitting outside on the rocking chairs enjoying the evening air. It is so close to the beach and well located for both the marina and altos de chavon.

Lovely Family Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Las Piñas 11. Our host Gisela was most helpful with answering questions regarding our stay and the booking and check in process was seamless. Once on property, Leo was most attentive to any particular needs we had a was a great overall resource. Mariolis and Aleyda did an amazing job out preparing delicious meals daily and addressing our housekeeping needs. From beginning to end it was a most relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Will definitely come back.

House is lovely and housekeepers great. Great location. Comes with a golf cart—big plus. Great room need some lamps—impossible to read at night. Concierge needs a car. He is wonderful and very accommodating. Can fix most anything but without transportation he is limited in his availability.
