Direct oceanfront with stunning unobstructed, panoramic views of the Pacific! Enjoy both Molokai and Lanai from this charming, third story, oceanfront condo. Sip your morning coffee as turtles swim below and whales breach (during whale season); dine al fresco watching glorious, west-facing sunsets from your private lanai. The occasional rainbows are absolutely magical!

Paki Maui 302A is an oceanfront studio offering some of the best views on all of Maui. Located at the quaint resort of Paki Maui, you'll feel at home the moment you step inside. Surrounded by sliding glass doors, there's a view from virtually every angle within this condo. Enjoy your meals al fresco from your private ocean front lanai. This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen so all you need are groceries! This unit does not have Air Conditioning, however you'll stay cool with the Maui winds right off the ocean, and there are also ceiling fans throughout.

Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep in the comfortable Queen size bed. This beachy studio also features a large flat screen TV, spacious bathroom with a tub/shower and much more!

Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Aside from the beautiful lush green landscaping, Paki Maui also offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool and hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas and fitness center. Paki Maui is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, dining and entertainment at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua.

My Perfect Stays will provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap as well as a starter kit of essentials.

There are no resort or parking fees at the resort.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests!

Standard Cancellation Policy:

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

Had a hard time leaving
The room, view, location and ease of booking all made it difficult to leave when our vacation ended. We wish we had booked one more day so we could just sit on the lanai and enjoy the view of coffee/tea and pastries. We did manage to catch a few minutes here or there. One afternoon between going up to Haleakula for the sunrise and out in Napili Bay to snorkel, we saw a pod of dolphins off shore. Every day we saw a turtle or two swimming by. And a quick note, when the sun sets, that is just the beginning of the gorgeous light show (stick around until the stars come out). Mahalo for the Aloha!

Thanks for a wonderful honeymoon
Thanks you so much for your hospitality and the wonderful place. We loved walking into the place and hearing the ocean and the Hawaiian music on the TV. That was an amazing touch! Everything was perfect. Also thanks for having the adventure gear available- chairs, boogey boards and ice chest!

Ocean Front Studio
Studio as described in listing. Pros: Clean with good amenities. Enjoyed watching for whales and looking at the beautiful ocean. Reasonably priced for location with lots of walkable nearby restaurants. Snorkeling right in front of condo. Property management always available and easy access. Cons: Light sleepers beware as the sound of the waves at night are loud and there is no air conditioning so you will want to leave your sliding door open at night to cool the condo. This may not be a problem if renting a bedroom unit verses a studio unit. Also to note is that there is not much beach to walk on. We drove to Whalers Village and found public parking to take beach walks. If visiting again, we would select another condo with air conditioning and with the amenity of taking long walks on the beach from the condo. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Amazing Ocean/Sunset View but wishing for more privacy
What a great little Studio. The Kitchen and Living room area are great with new flooring, view is amazing. Internet is decent! The 2 down falls are, the Bathroom could get a little upgrade and when your left and right neighbors are on there lanai, they can see you if you are on your bed! One other thing, it can be hot in there. You can open the front door and you will have a great cross breeze but no screen door for security!

The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy on arrival. We were provided with more than enough towels for the duration of our stay. The key code issued worker every time during our stay. We had an amazing vacation and enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t realize there was no A/C and a studio condo with no separate bedroom. Couldn’t leave anything out with the bugs on counter and inside drawers. Very old tiny bathroom and kitchen cabinets were worn. Didn’t cook at all with the conditions I observed. The only good thing was the location on the beach and nice pool.

Amazing view
I stayed here with my husband for 6 nights. I took a chance on it since there were no reviews and I'm happy that I did. It was close to Lahaina without having to be in the busy area and there were a lot of great restaurants close by. I loved The Fish Market across the street and there was always a line out the door. There was an ABC store less than a block away and it is a store that's fairly well stocked with most of what you would need and they were open great hours. The unit itself had a fabulous view of Molokai and a side view of Lanai. It is whale season and we were ale to watch multiple whales from our balcony, swimming, breaching, and lots of tails. We brought all our food back to the unit so that we always had a great view for dinner. The unit itself is a bit older, not in bad shape, but definitely not a brand new resort. But it was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I did find the bed very uncomfortable and the manager called the next day after check in to see how everything was when I mentioned it she immediately was able to send me over a mattress pad for the bed. It definitely changed the bed! I appreciated it a lot and I hope they kept it on the bed for the next traveler! Overall it was a great time, great location, and a great place to come back to at the end of a long day playing in Maui!
