Wohnung mit Ausblick ist schön, jedoch kann das Bett im oberen Geschoss im Hochsommer nicht benutzt werden, weil keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung vorhanden ist, der Ventilator und lüften reichen nicht aus. Das Ausziehsofa war ok, aber auch dort noch sehr heiss. Unterkunft war leider vorgängig nicht sauber gereinigt worden (Sand auf dem Sofa und Betten, braune Flecken im Badezimmer). Schlüsselannahme und Rückgabe kompliziert, ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt, Abgabe des Schlüssels in der bei Abreise in der Nacht hat nicht funktioniert (keine konkrete Ortsangabe für die Schlüsselbox erhalten). Balkon für 6 Personen eher schmal, für 4 Personen in Ordnung.

Demande de remboursement du ménage
A l’arrivée le ménage n’était pas fait, sous le lit trainait des boules QUIES, des épingles à cheveux, sans parler d’une literie déplorable, sommiers et matelas très fatigués. Avant de commencer les vacances nous avons dû faire le ménage et laver la vaisselle. Nous sommes allés chez FONCIA pour signaler tous ces désagréments avec photos à l’appui et réclamer le remboursement du ménage que nous avions payé lors de la réservation. La personne responsable des locations, très agréable, nous a informé qu’elle ferait le nécessaire afin que nous soyons remboursés. De notre côté nous avons rendu un appartement impeccable. MERCI DE BIEN VOULOIR PRENDRE EN COMPTE CETTE RÉCLAMATION.
