RIVERFRONT RETREAT /HEART of DOWNTOWN Caseville - short stroll to BEACH/sleeps 6

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION....Cozy, renovated year-round, riverfront house located in the heart of downtown Caseville.
Just a short Walk to the County Beach, Park, Party Store, Dairy Queen, and bars & restaurants in town. Grab your blanket/chairs & cooler and enjoy the festivals held at the County Park.

Located in a quiet subdivision on the Pigeon River, leading to the marinas & the break wall. Close to everything, yet plenty of privacy in the yard.

Our Renovated year-round home has an open concept floor plan with a unique, coastal / country theme. The House has central air & heating, as well as, ceiling fans, if you prefer fresh air.

The large master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining enclosed screened porch leading to the waterfront deck. The Enclosed Porch is great for enjoying meals, playing cards at night, or enjoying morning coffee. There’s a mini fridge & seating for six.

New 2024: Brand new 2nd bedroom to be ready mid / end July - located in lower level of house - 6 steps down from entrance. Bright, natural light from the egress window. The new bedroom has a queen bed with new mattress. (look for new pics to coming soon). 2nd bedroom will be ready for stays after July 21.

There is also a new Queen Sleeper sofa for 2 more guests in the living room. Additionally, we offer a queen size King Coil Supreme blow-up mattress for more flexibility, which can be placed in either bedroom, or the living room, as well.

For indoor entertainment: rec room in lower level has a foosball table for the kids. We also have a small collection of DVD's, books, games & puzzles in addition to HD streaming TV & Wi-Fi.

We have city water - no well water taste, or smell! Relax in the jet bathtub. (Currently scheduled for service/repair as of - June 18, 2024)

Enjoy the view of the river from either the deck, screened-in porch, or the back lawn. Drop your fishing pole out the door on our new 2024 dock. (Our Dock is not set up yet to launch kayaks or canoes.)

The Backyard boasts a fire pit & chairs; propane gas BBQ grill, patio furniture on the deck facing the river, great cornhole set & more.

Extras: there are (4) bicycles for your use to explore the town.

We can provide a pack-n-play, highchair, stroller, & baby gate, at no extra charge. Let us know in advance what is needed.

Both Caseville & nearby Port Austin have plenty to offer. Check out the websites.

We will consider your house broken family pet, depending on breed. Please send an INQUIRY PRIOR to booking stating breed & age. Although the yard is not fenced, the deck is fully enclosed. We also have a pet lead. Pet fee applies.

We are hands-on proprietors. We don’t manage our business with a property manager, nor manage from afar, & it shows. We take pride in providing you the best vacation venue possible for making memories.

Beautiful hidden gem in Caseville

We have friends that stay in the Caseville County park, so we always plan a weekend trip to meet up and catch up. Not only was this home perfectly located for our needs (near to beach, putt putt, dining), but it was so unique and beautiful. Everything was a described in the listing, but better in person. Plus you can see it is being renovated to add even more space to the basement, it will be exciting to see when we come back again next year, because we definitely plan to stay here again. Contact with the host and check-in/out was very simple and pleasant. I highly recommend you come visit; sit by the river or in the three season room, and enjoy the relaxed pace of Caseville.

Loved this Cottage!

We loved this cottage. It is in a great quiet safe neighborhood and close proximity to the lake access. This Cottage was immaculate and so cozy . We had everything we needed to prepare meals. Bed was good. Nice view of the river. Communication with the owner was 5 stars!

Caseville Neighborhood Home on the canal.

Beautiful home. Clean, amazing decor, perfect location for all the activities in Caseville. Fully stocked home provided everything we could have needed. The house is in a neighborhood on a canal. Our teenagers were super excited to sit down on the doc and fish. Yard is not fenced, but gorgeous landscaping offered all the privacy you need. The Property Managers were super responsive- even delivered a football table mid-week for the kids ! 11/10, would definitely recommend! ♥️

The cottage and location are perfect! So cute, and super clean. Walking distance to all the downtown fun, yet its quiet and private! Hope to go back soon. The owner is wonderful to deal with.

Sweet little cottage

There were some sweet welcoming gestures. We liked the screen porch and the outside porch. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The house is on a quiet street and just a short walk from the county beach.

Caseville home

Cute little home in Caseville! We went with our two kids and dog. The house was perfect for our stay and my kids loved it there. Very close to the beach and a dog friendly beach. Also about a 2 minute walk to Dairy Queen which the kids loved. Home was clean. Bed was comfy. Foldout couch was not as comfortable but fine for the kids. Overall great experience!

Nice Cottage

The cottage was very clean and great distance for walking to the beach. We enjoyed a day at the beach, making the drive to port Austin for kayaking, and spending time around the fire pit! Host was very quick to respond to messages!

Cozy cottage!

Highly recommend this cozy cottage for a weekend (or week) getaway. Even though we were so close to downtown Caseville, the cottage felt like we were far from reality. Great place to relax.

Nice house

Nice little house in a nice little neighbor. The thing that knocked this house down a smidge was the dock. Owner advertised as useable- it was not. My favorite thing about this house was the windows. There are lots of them which gives good light and a fabulous breeze for good sleeping 😴 Also, keyless entry would be a nice addition. We spent too much time worrying about keeping track of the key. 😉☺️

Perfection

This is the perfect home for a small family or group of friends to enjoy Caseville. Cheryl was so accommodating and the check in/out process was easy and smooth. The sun room and back yard were quiet, well kept and perfect for relaxing. All around wonderful place that we hope to stay at again.

We have been hosting guests for more than 15 years at our Oak Beach property. Many of our guests return year after year, which is the best compliment we can get! This is our 2nd property - we think you’ll love the location! We are continuously upgrading this unique property, 2024 will be our fourth season for this property.

We LOVE Caseville; You can walk to everything in town: Marina, break wall, beach, restaurants. The party store and DQ are around the corner. There is much to do in both Caseville and Port Austin; Port Austin is only a 20 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

We are located in downtown Caseville, and you can walk to most anywhere on Main St. We are on the river in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of privacy too. Relax by the river or drop a fishing pole. This is a full stand-alone house, not shared. We have a great screened-in porch and a rec room in the basement for rainy days.
