HOME:
The focus of the main living floor is the expansive windows, private patio with hot tub, and the peace of mind knowing the best of Vail is only steps away.

The kitchen is stocked with basics for your mountain cooking enjoyment. Bath amenities, hair dryers, and linens are also included. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be added for an additional fee.

*Please Note: This house is very vertical. While it has a residential elevator, all renters should be willing and able to use the stairs. The elevator is recommended for luggage and groceries. We do our best to ensure the elevator is functioning at all times. If/when maintenance issues do come up with the elevator, we will not provide refunds.

The home is located on Forest Road—a prominent on-mountain street in Vail. It provides convenient access to Vail's Eagle Bahn Gondola lift for winter activities and Gore Creek for enjoying warmer weather out on the water. Lionshead is the perfect location if you want to be in the center of all Vail has to offer — including five-star restaurants, exquisite shopping, and some of the best skiing and riding in the world. Located in one of Vail's most desirable neighborhoods, among some of Vail's finest homes, with a convenient location to the Eagle Bahn Gondola.

This home is walking distance to shopping, dining, spas, and the slopes of Vail Mountain. Easy access to Vail's Lionshead and Vail Villages.

Vail's grocery store, pharmacy, and other essentials are a short drive from the home.

This is a private residence. Guest has private access to the entire house.

TRANSPORTATION:
RENTAL SUV: Do you need a rental car?
Offered to LIV8150 guests is a 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. My team will have it waiting at your residence or the Eagle Airport. Daily rental rate varies by time of year. Please ask Jessica if interested.

*LOCATION NOTE:
There is a large construction project happening next-door. Refunds will not be given because of this.
