The living area comprises all essentials for a comfortable stay, with a large sofa that easily converts into a double bed and a TV to entertain yourself. There are also large built-in wardrobes, and the bed will be lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

Feel free to relax and enjoy the stunning views from the private balcony overlooking the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped to handle light cooking, with a dishwasher for convenience and a coffee machine for you to enjoy.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including a shower, complimentary towels and toiletries.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The area has parks, gardens, and museums, including the iconic Albert Kahn Museum and Gardens and the Parc des Princes stadium. You'll conveniently be near two metro stations: Marcel Sembat on Line 9 and Billancourt on Line 10. Both stations are only a 10-15 minute walk from your home. Additionally, several bus stops nearby, such as Les Passages, Rue de Silly, and Gallieni, can take you to various destinations.

The location of your stay is just outside the centre of Paris, but getting too famous landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower is easily accessible. It's only about 5 kilometres away and can be reached by metro in approximately 20-25 minutes.

Gare du Nord, one of the major train stations in Paris, is approximately 14 kilometres away and can be reached by metro in about 30-40 minutes. Charles de Gaulle Airport is about 35 kilometres away and can be reached by taxi, train, or bus in about 45-60 minutes, depending on the mode of transportation and traffic conditions.

Services like UBER, G7 and LeCab are available in Paris.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
