The elegant furnishings and colorful interiors make this one of the most unique flats in Paris! Relax in the spacious living room which features a sofa,a huge window that illuminates the space during the day.

The attached kitchenette is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, a fridge, and a toaster. If you fancy dining in, there's a dining area complete with a dining table and chairs where you can dine with loved ones.

The bedroom with ensuite bathroom, contains a queen-sized bed. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided for your full comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment will be fully cleaned prior to you arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Our property is situated in the up-and-coming 10th arr., the quaint footbridges and bohemian cafes of Canal Saint-Martin give way to Indian restaurants along Passage Brady. The streets around Place de la Republique feature hip bars and restaurants, while Marché Saint-Martin offers gourmet food stalls. Rue Sainte-Marthe is a quiet street lined with art studios and global eateries. The area is also home to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.

The nearest airport to the property is Airport Charles de Gaulle which is 50 minutes and you may explore the city by bus or métro which is easily accessible and convenient.

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
