Just within walking distance from the Montparnasse Quarter and a leisurely 2-minute stroll from Metro Lines 4, 6, 12 and 13 and Paris Montparnasse Hall 1 & 2. This quiet studio hidden away in a modern apartment building is the perfect home base for couples and solo travellers alike who want to experience the thrills of traversing the Parisian Catacombs or follow cultural icons such as Hemmingway, Sarte and Rodin.

The studio is furnished with all the essentials but well-appointed, with dreamy palm fronds to lend a sense of ease during your stay. Relax and soak in the sunshine on the large sofa by the window, or stream your favourite shows from the TV. The open-plan kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and a dining table.

The pull-down double bed is made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a goodnight's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
