Pool was excellent and from apartment you are very close to Opatija, which is a beautiful little place. There's a lovely couple that look after the apartments and pool. Communication initially was tough, due to language barrier and not arriving until 1am, however, everything fell into place. If anything, the only thing i didnt particularly enjoy is the way the deposit works...you need to give 150 euros cash (which you get back at the end of the stay) However, with checkout times amd early flights, this can be a slight hindrance, more so for the lovely lady, who has to be on hand for this transaction. Id say sleeps 4 is also a longshot, maybe a family of 4, but for 3 single men, another would make it far too overcrowded. Overall though, perfect if you want to go somewhere beautiful for really cheap.

Schönes Anwesen mit tollem Ausblick
Ferienwohnung liegt super schön über Oopatija. Pool ist sehr schön und mit den Kindern super. Bei Benutzung des Pools gab es keine Einschränkungen. Kinder konnten super baden. Küche etwas spärlich eingerichtet, was Küchenutensilien angeht. Vermieter sehr (!) nett und hilfsbereit.

Bien mais WIFI médiocre et équipements basiques manquants
Accueil parfait par la propriétaire très sympathique. Logement spacieux et agréable. Par contre la cuisine manque d'équipements basiques : four/micro ondes, passoire, essoreuse à salade. Pas de congélateur comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Deux grands velux sans stores donc réveil très matinal en été (6h00). Quant à la connexion WIFI, elle était très capricieuse... Dommage! La location n'est donc pas conforme à l'annonce... Et bien pensez au paiement à la caution en ESPECES!

Schön war´s.
Die Wohnung ist mit dem notwendigsten ausgezeichnet, aber mit allem was notwendig ist. Ein Gefrierfach ist allerdings nicht vorhanden. Der Pool ist super und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Kvarner-Bucht. Frau und Herr XXX hatten immer ein Ohr für uns, mit Kinder bitte an die Hausregeln (Pool) halten, dann ist alles ok.

APPARTEMENT POUR 4
Bonne situation pour une location en hauteur à l'abri du bruit. En ce qui concerne l'accès, le GPS ne l'indique pas, et il serait bien pour le propriétaire de mettre des pancartes au bord de la route qui mène au logement.Notre location manquait un peu d'équipement (XXX sans volets donc luminosité trop tôt le matin, un peu difficile si on veut faire la grasse mat, four ou micro ondes). Piscine propre, linge de lit et de toilettes également.Sinon rien à redire, propriétaire sympathique et discret.
