Small, cosy, comfortable terraced house "La Cadièrienne", 3 storeys, renovated in 2014. In the centre of La Cadière d'Azur, in an elevated position, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. Public parking 100 m. Shop 50 m, grocery 70 m, restaurant 100 m, café 80 m, bus stop "chemin des Baumes" 450 m, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 5.7 km, sandy beach "Les Lecques" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint Cyr sur Mer, 8 km.

Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Electric heating. Terrace 13 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Access to the house is via 5 steps, access to the 1st floor is via 13 steps then access to the 2nd floor is via 14 steps.
