About this property

Beautiful apartment in a private facility. It exestieren jediglich another Studio'ZOE 'and the main house. Approximately 50 sqm with open plan kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, stove, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery.
Precious bathroom with shower, large terrace with sea views spaktakulärem and garden beautifully landscaped.
A separate bedroom with king size bed.
The living room has a huge sofa bed that invites you to relax during the day and evening can serve as a comfortable extra bed.
A large Communal swimming pool is available, also sun loungers and relaxation area.
The private villa is located in the quiet and beautiful village La Asomada, absolutely quiet on almost 4000 square meters of land surrounded by fields. There is a small supermarket and a small tapas bar on the site. Puerto del Carmen and Tias, with great shopping possibilities, beaches, bars, restaurants and nightclubs can be reached in 5 minutes by car. A bus stop with hourly bus service can be reached in about 7 minutes. There are about 15 km to the airport. The entire area is ideal for walking and is located on the hiking route Nature Lanzarote. It is possible to book an extra charge, breakfast or half board.

La casa si trova in posizione strategica, al centro dell'isola di Lanzarote, ottima per poter visitare il nordo, sud e centro. A 5 minuti di macchina dalla vita mondana di playa del Carmen, ma in zona tranquilla ove è possibile dormire con finestre aperte (non traffico o rumori esterni). Villa con parcheggio privato, grande piscina e spazi esterni. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e capisce le problematiche dei turisti, sempre sorridente e risponde velocemente alle comunicazioni.

Unfit accommodation

Nadine (property owner) was difficult to contact and communicate with. We are also not sure if she lives on the property or not because after many emails back and forth asking if we can check in early and her strictly saying no, on the day she had just left the key to the apartment in a plant pot. There was a long hall way next to our apartment full of old belongings and personal affects with people coming and going constantly. Was a bit weird. Bed was uncomfortable and old, pillows were thin and cheap. The bedroom walls and ceiling had black mould. The wardrobe was also moudly making any extra bedding redundant. To make it even worse, the double bed had two single duvets on it which made sharing the bed with my partner a little bit awkward and unromantic. The duvets themselves were smaller than the sheets they were in so there was just an excess of empty sheet. The big French doors that took up the whole front wall of the apartment were cheap and rattled with the slightest blow of the wind which became very noisy in the evenings. The shower was warm for a maximum of 5 minutes and then very cold. Overall we were quite disappointed with the state of this apartment and confused as to is rating of 8.1/10. Not worth the money at all.

Landschaftlich sehr schön, Unterkunft absolutes NoGo

Lanzarote ist mit seiner Einzigart ein Paradies und wir haben den Urlaub auf der Insel sehr genossen. La Asomada ist ein kleines Dorf mit Flair. Was man von unserer Unterkunft nicht sagen kann. Die Fotos entsprachen in keinster Weise dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Das Objekt ist allgemein nicht gepflegt, die Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt, zudem hat wohl der vorherige Mieter dort auch in der Wohnung geraucht. Das Inventar ist sehr spärlich. Wer Urlaub fernab von jeglichem Luxus, Standard oder Basics möchte ist hier richtig. Unsere Vermieterin haben wir trotz Ankündigung nicht kennengelernt und so haben wir bei der Abreise den Schlüssel dort hinterlegt wo wir ihn bei Ankunft auch gefunden haben. Sehr schade!!

Erholsame Tage in nettem Ambiente

Die auf den ersten Blick sehr schöne Anlage, hervor zu heben ist besonders die Lage und der Swimmingpool, hatte dann doch ein paar verbesserungswürdige Seiten. Die Matratze war so unbequem, dass wir es vorzogen auf der Bettcouch zu schlagen. Die Kissen leider "ausgelegen", wahrscheinlich lagen da schon viele Köpfe drauf. Und die Küchenutensilien waren vergleichsweise dürftig, gerade das notwendigste. Trotzdem: im Vergleich zu den meist noch schlechter ausgestatteten Resort-Bungalows ist das Haus dann doch eher vorzuziehen.

Nada agradable...

Nada es lo que parece. El apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado, la habitación no tiene ventana, únicamente un ventanuco alto de 35x35 cm, el baño no tiene ventana ni ventilación. La tv no funciona, la conexión wifi es lenta e intermitente, en cualquier país del tercer mundo hay mejor conexión. El sofá cama carece de sábanas y almohadas. Unicdnwbts la piscina que estaba impecable limpia metecd la pena. Y para teminar no tuvimos que ir a las 11:00 h de la mañana, algo insólito en alquileres vacacionales pero por educación sobre los que llegaban a instalarse nos fiuimos. Para acabar, solo había un rollo de papel higiénico y ante esta situación la responsable me contesto "esto no es un hotel".. ante semejante contestación me di cuenta donde estaba. En resumen nada recomendable a pesar de la piscina...

was für individualisten

abseits des touri-getriebes am ortsrand, etwa 4 km vom meer sehr schön gelegen, einfach und praktisch eingerichtet, ein platz, mit dem man sofort warm wird. der schöne pool ist im märz noch recht frisch, danach aber ein dicker pluspunkt. für leute, die auf der insel unterwegs sein wollen, ein idealer ausgangspunkt in alle richtungen. käme wieder in frage.

appartement peu conforme a nos souhaits

Pas d'accueil personnel (cles sous une pierre ). Appartement propre mais chambre sans fenetre et pas de vue directe ; confort acceptable . Proximite désagréable d' une cave malodorante . La proprietaire ne parle pas français . Site très isolé ; seul atout majeur la piscine avec une superbe vue !!!

Per chi ha voglia di relax

Abbiamo trascorso 8 gg a Lanzarote e avevamo voglia di visitare l'isola cercando di evitare le solite località da turismo di massa. Ottima soluzione, appartamento pulito e confortevole con una splendida vista e a pochi km dal mare. La posizione è strategica è permette in circa 40min di essere in ogni località dell'isola.
