The apartment has been tastefully renovated in the fall of 2014. Feng Shui point of view. They worked with high-quality and natural materials. It is a sunny, bright apartment with balcony in a southern exposure and a good floor plan. From the balcony, view towards Monument / city.
There is welcoming living room has a cozy sofa bed from Ligne Roset, a restored old oak buffet from Dresden and a high-quality stainless steel kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher.
Another comfortable sofa bed (solid wood with mattress, even with back problems or segregated sleeping) in the living hall is available.
In the bathroom almost a walk-in shower (80x80) is integrated.
With swimming pool (7 x 12 m) and sauna (extra charge). Lift, wheelchair accessible, washer & dryer available (surcharge), walker, ideal for 2 people. However, Max. 3 to 4 persons are possible.
Pets; Cats & Dogs are welcome!
