About this property

Spacious Home in the Driftless

This spacious ranch-style home is located just 10 minutes from Viroqua, WI and 20 minutes from the Mississippi River. Sitting on 5 acres right off of Highway 56 there is plenty of space for you and your family including hosting events. The home has 6 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 3 full bathrooms but there is ample living space to blow up air mattresses and plenty of yard space to pitch tents if you have a larger party. There is a small basketball court off of the backyard and enough parking space for all of your guests. Equipped with a grill and patio furniture.

**There is an extra fee for more than 12 guests as that’s what the property can comfortably host in bedrooms. You will have to provide your own air mattresses and tents for extra people.
There is no access to the garage.
A set amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent are set out for your stay. Once these items are out you will be responsible for providing your own.
There is grilling utensils for the grill provided including lighters. There is no charcoal or lighter fluid provided**

Mom's 80th Birthday Weekend

Had the whole family (12 people) together for mom's/grandma's 80th birthday. The house worked out great. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. Thanks for letting us stay at your house.

An amazing family gathering!

We did an early Christmas celebration. The home was beautifully decorated and even had a tree put up. The place is laid out well and very spacious. It was well stocked with most kitchen essentials. We will definitely book again!

Perfect family reunion home!

This rental was everything we hoped for, and more. Huge, well designed and perfect for our 3 generation Christmas After Christmas. Biggest wonderful surprise was the house was still beautifully decorated for Christmas. Made our stay really festive and special . Our only issue was we ran out of TP and paper towels and needed to purchase more for our time there. We will be better prepared next time. Beds were comfortable, kitchen very well equipped we hope to return next year, as it’s a perfect location and home for all 11 of us.

Perfect place for a large group getaway!

We stayed here with a group of eight on a family vacation, and the house did not disappoint. Super spacious, clean, and quiet, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day outside on the water or hiking in the nearby natural areas. We used the outdoor patio every night and even played a few games of horse on the basketball court. Overall, this location had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway.

Large Country Space

Our whole group enjoyed our stay. We mainly used it for sleeping and getting ready to go the next day. I grew up about 3 miles from the house in Newton Valley. That made your location attractive. All in all, everything worked out well. We would certainly stay here again .

Great reunion spot!

This property was great for our annual college reunion! There were enough bedrooms for each family, and the kids enjoyed the massive yard. Everything was clean, check in was smooth, and the hosts answered questions we had as we prepared for our stay. Overall this was the perfect place for us to hang out all day!

Wonderful Property

My family and I from all over the US stayed there for a funeral service for my grandmother who was buried in Viroqua. The house was perfect for the sleeping arrangements with 6 individual bedrooms. My kids, brothers & cousins LOVED the basketball court, and the fire pit was nice to have at night for us to gather around. We look forward to gathering there again in the years to come!

Great place for a large family!

This property is great for large families. Plenty of rooms and space for everyone to hang out. The basketball court was a hit with the kids and the yard was large enough to pitch a volleyball net. The bonfire/firepit was a great plus especially now since it's getting colder at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

My daughter and I have been working as a team doing VRBO- she often cleans the properties to help pay her way through nursing school!
My 2 French Bulldogs, my husband, and my 4 adult children keep me busy while they’re away in college and planning one of my daughter’s weddings!
