About this property

This spacious ranch-style home is located just 10 minutes from Viroqua, WI and 20 minutes from the Mississippi River. Sitting on 5 acres right off of Highway 56 there is plenty of space for you and your family including hosting events. The home has 6 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 3 full bathrooms but there is ample living space to blow up air mattresses and plenty of yard space to pitch tents if you have a larger party. There is a small basketball court off of the backyard and enough parking space for all of your guests. Equipped with a grill and patio furniture.

**There is an extra fee for more than 12 guests as that’s what the property can comfortably host in bedrooms. You will have to provide your own air mattresses and tents for extra people.
There is no access to the garage.
A set amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent are set out for your stay. Once these items are out you will be responsible for providing your own.
There is grilling utensils for the grill provided including lighters. There is no charcoal or lighter fluid provided**

Yearly girls cousins reunion

Came to town for a hockey tournament with several families. The spacious living area and multiple bedrooms allowed for plenty of comfort and room for fun and games

Wonderful Property

My family and I from all over the US stayed there for a funeral service for my grandmother who was buried in Viroqua. The house was perfect for the sleeping arrangements with 6 individual bedrooms. My kids, brothers & cousins LOVED the basketball court, and the fire pit was nice to have at night for us to gather around. We look forward to gathering there again in the years to come!

This property was awesome for large families

This property was just amazing and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking. The towels in all the bathrooms were so plentiful. We loved the size of the dining table for our family size. The sectional was perfect for hanging out or watching the Packer game. Our grandchildren loved the open spaces throughout to run around. We would definitely love to stay again.

This is not the house that we stayed in.

The day before arrival we received the house code. Then we were told that the house was double booked? We were given another house in Viroqua that was not handicap accessible. Was not a good place for someone in wheelchair as it was not easy to get him up the hill. The house there was very clean. Needs more outside lighting especially around the garage and steps.

This house/property was amazing. I’ve never seen such a well supplied house, even used the pancake grill. Having 3 bathrooms was great! The house was very clean and had everything one could need.

Great reunion spot!

This property was great for our annual college reunion! There were enough bedrooms for each family, and the kids enjoyed the massive yard. Everything was clean, check in was smooth, and the hosts answered questions we had as we prepared for our stay. Overall this was the perfect place for us to hang out all day!

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host welcomed with us with a very sweet welcome, which was much appreciated. We were in town for my daughter's wedding. With everything I did have to worry about this weekend, our home away from home was not one of them! Very spacious and clean. The views, especially the sunsets, out back were breathtaking! Would definitely recommend to others. Only thing I would recommend would be a little more explanation on working the many TV's. A very small necessity for us, as we spent most of our time at the home outside, but just thought I'd note for others. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and for sharing your beautiful home.:)

Sibling Get Away

The property was huge and great parking. The home has a great layout and plenty of room. Plenty of kitchen supplies to make just about anything! The decorator did a great job and the large table was a BIG plus for us. We feel the cleaning crew could pay more attention to detail and disappointed the dishwasher did not work and had a smell. A few things could use some repair for the review to be excellent.

Ice maker didn't work, due to filtration system replacement need since last January, according to site reviews, Tree Frog in closet by the office area, dishwasher didn't clean dishes and had a bad smell, closets needed cleaning. Home was very nice size worked for us, but feel the owner needs to be aware for items listed above.

I spoke with the property owner, she should perform multiple minor repairs to the property. The house was large enough to hold our family reunion. The mattresses need to be replaced and a thorough cleaning of vents. Lots of cobwebs.

Skye and Dillon’s Wedding Celebration

We came from near and far to attend the wedding for Skye and Dillon Bruce in Fairyville. The house was prefect for many sisters (Aunties), husbands (Uncles) and another niece and a nephew. The house is comfortable and roomy!

Time in Viroqua

We picked this spot for our family gathering because of its central location. Some came from Minneapolis and the rest from the Milwaukee area. The house and property are very large and accommodating for the size of our family. We will probably be staying there again because of the size.

Hello all! My name is Angie and I was born and raised in the Viroqua area. All of my children went to school in Viroqua. When I’m not busy with VRBO I’m operating my home healthcare business and trying to provide more affordable housing for those in our area!
My daughter and I have been working as a team doing VRBO- she often cleans the properties to help pay her way through nursing school!
My 2 French Bulldogs, my husband, and my 4 adult children keep me busy while they’re away in college and planning one of my daughter’s weddings!
