Bottom floor apartment not a House

First of all there are no reviews of this property because the own asked for a 5 star review or no review at all. Most of our issues would have been nonexistent had this actually been a house. It is not. The property is clean and the Wi-Fi worked well. I would not recommend this place for a family. The walls/between floors are thin so you can hear the upstairs guests. We listened to a party for hours during our stay. We contacted the owners because this is a violation of their “no party/event” policy, but nothing was done about it. I contacted the guests myself to request them to end the party so I could put my child to bed. This would probably be a great place for a group of young adults. Nice kitchen area to cook in too.
