Charming updated historic home. Very clean and comfortable, huge kitchen, front and backyard outdoor spaces to relax. Town was totally within walking distance but once back at the house, very quiet street. Would definitely stay again.
Very quaint old Beaufort home. Nice kitchen set up.

The property says pet friendly. I did not see that there were additional charges for having a pet until I contacted the manager about bringing a second dog. She said the first was 100.00 and the second would be 50.00. My fees were as much as the nightly rate. To top that we arrived at the home to find the entire front of the home blocked by heavy equipment. This wasn't just left by the city for the weekend. It was obvious that the equipment had been there for a period of time, and we should have been informed. Walking under and around the equipment was inconvenient, but my concerns was the potential danger. Access for the drive was completely blocked and a very kind neighbor, who could tell I was distraught allow me to park in front of her home for the weekend. The home was lovely, historic and in a nice neighborhood. It is in need of minor repairs throughout the house and repairs that could be done easily. The property manager should be more open and upfront. about the home and if the potential dangers and inconveniences around the home. I never had an experience like this before, but I will certainly be careful and not assume everyone is above board.
Lovely cottage within easy walk to historic Beaufort
This was a lovely cottage with a large kitchen and dining area and a small fenced yard. I enjoyed walking around the quaint neighborhood and the proximity of the cottage to restaurants and shopping. As a single women, i felt safe in the neighborhood also.
We booked this property to celebrate my wife's birthday. We are local to the area and just wanted somewhere to get out of the house and somewhere we could walk to some of our favorite restaurants downtown Beaufort. This property checked all of the boxes. The historic house has been updated but kept the charm of a historic house. The house is clean and inviting. The house is located just a few roads back from Front Street and all of the restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. This place would be perfect for any vacation whether it's a family or friends getaway.
We had such a wonderful time in Beaufort! We were able to walk everywhere and the neighborhood is adorable and very quiet.
The kitchen is huge and living room comfortable.
Showering in the outdoor enclosed shower was fun because it's spacious, open to the sky and has hot & cold !
Looking forward to our next visit!
This charming house, in the historical district, is a fabulous house. Nice, safe neighborhood. Super clean with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great backyard with outdoor shower. Large kitchen and dining room area. Everything we needed to cook meals or warm up leftover from local restaurants. Warmly decorated with comfortable living room and bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. A short walk, past beautiful homes and gardens, to Front street to the shops and restaurants We will return
We booked this house for my bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! There was a great amount of room for 5 guests and could easily accommodate more if needed. The bedrooms were all renovated and we slept amazing each night. If you're looking for a place in Beaufort that's close to the waterfront and has a cozy vibe, definitely book this place!
We had a wonderful weekend. It was well stocked with everything that we needed. It was within walking distance to the waterfront, shopping, and restaurants. I loved the fenced in yard since we brought our dog. We will definitely rent this home again.
Great location!!
Historic home. Had difficulty with AC until I reset the clock on the HVAC thermostat so the auto schedule kept the house temps moderated.
Loved our stay here! Location was great, and the outdoor shower and fenced-in backyard was perfect for kids. House had all the space we needed, we would definitely stay again!
The house was exactly as described and within quick walking distance of waterfront and all the cute shops/restaurants! House very spacious and accommodating! Wonderful communication too. Can't wait to return.
The pictures of the property don't do it justice, this is a beautiful home in the heart of Beaufort. The kitchen is stocked and can accommodate any cooking needs. There are multiple restrooms throughout the home so large parties are never in limbo. The outdoor shower is also a major plus. On the weekends, you are a 3 minute walk from the Farmers Market, and 5 minutes from the waterfront and restaurants/bars. The property owner was also very responsive to any questions and needs. Overall this is a fine property and my group is already planning our next trip back.
This 100+year old property is in a friendly well loved community. The living room has extremely comfortable furniture to unwind and play games.
Unbelievably comfortable beds in a guiet neighborhood made for the best sleep you can get.
The two block walk to the waterfront for fun and food is delightful. We were in Beaufort for the 48th annual wooden boat show and were able to meet with some true craftsman. Taking a cruise of the harbor is a must.
I was hoping this property would impress me but unfortunately it didn’t. I will say up front that I am fussy. I expect accurate info, super clean home and attention to details. It was a good stay just not great. It was mostly very clean but upstairs shower curtain liner needs replacing, windows and back deck area need cleaning. Bathroom is not accessible, it just has taller toilet. Only one bedroom has a closet, the other 2 lack any space to hang any clothing. Hooks needed to compensate for no closets. Kitchen was stocked with most items needed to cook which we did a lot of. But no skillets at all. I travel with my cast iron which saved the day. Replacement coffee carafe does not work well. We had to constantly fuss with it to brew a full pot. Beds and furniture were comfortable and very nice quality. If you like a soft pillow bring your own. Pillows were very firm. Location was great. Quiet neighborhood with lovely properties and friendly people. Easy walk to town. Front porch had morning sun which was a perfect way to start the day.
