Modern 3 Bedroom Villa Minutes from the Beach
Villa Solis is an absolute gem. This 3-bedroom villa is nestled in manicured gardens just steps from Grace Bay Beach in Turtle Cove. Villa Solis is ideal for small families looking for a quick getaway. Villa Solis is located in a prime location with 7 restaurants within walking distance and the IGA Supermarket just a few minutes by car.
This modern open concept villa features 3 bedrooms each with an on-suite bathroom and private access to the spacious pool deck.
The Pool Deck
Guests to Villa Solis enter through a private gate and short corridor that opens directly onto the villas spacious pool deck. Here you will find covered seating, outdoor dining, a propane BBQ grill and chez lounges all wrapped around the villas private pool.
Main Building.
The entrance to the larger 2-bedroom pod is an accordion style door that spans the entire living room and kitchen. The living room and kitchen are awash with natural light however the screened porch area means that guests are shielded from the midday sun. Opening this space allows guests to move seamlessly from the living room and fully equipped kitchen to the outdoor dining and expanded living space. The central kitchen and dining area is flanked on either side by 2 of the villas spacious 3 bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has an on-suite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor walk-in showers, a king bed and private access to the central pool deck.
Guest Pod
The guest pod sits separately from the main building and offers additional privacy. The guest pod has a large walk-in closet, on suite bathroom with walk in showers and a king bed. The guest pod is accessed externally through a sliding door off the central pool deck.
Beach
Villa Solis is a short 3-minute walk to Grace Bay Beach. The villa comes with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler for a very short walk to one of the world's best beaches. Guests are encouraged to bring or rent snorkeling equipment to experience Smith's Reef. Smith's Reef boasts the best off-beach snorkeling in Providenciales. Here you will see endless tropical fish, turtles and the occasional lazily meandering sting ray.
