Great location, perfect for traveling with a dog

The gated yard surrounding the condos is perfect if you’re traveling with a dog! We were able to take my little dog out to play fetch. The location is central in Austin and in the same neighborhood as family which worked for us. The check in process was easy, and the property manager responsive. The place was generally clean (linens, bathrooms, etc); but the floors could have been cleaner (cobwebs in corners, dusty) and it did smell a little musty when we got there. Nothing major, nothing to ruin our stay. We would probably stay there again.

Overall, this location was top notch! Very modern and renovated, matching the description and images provided to a t! We had such an ease of communication with our host and had no problems at all with check-in/check-out processes. 10/10! Clean & beautiful!

Charming, comfortable central atx stay, walking distance to food and shops

The property is centrally located in the city (close enough to downtown but also offers the peace and quiet of a residential neighborhood). Well equipped bedrooms with everything you need to have a comfortable extended stay. Great communication with the host and responsive to answer any questions during our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful host and great location

This little spot is perfect for a family or a friend group wanting to get away in Austin. My dad and I stayed here while visiting my brother and it was wonderful. All of the amenities you need are either onsite or close by. The one thing we ran into was it can get a little warm upstairs in the building, but that’s just Austin in June for ya! Highly recommend. We’ll be looking to stay here again next time we visit.
