Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 37m² studio is close to various top attractions in Bordeaux!

This souplex is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for three. There's also a courtyard with seating area to lounge and relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The studio also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The sleeping area has a queen bed, the mattress has memory foam, with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Please note you will be staying within the residents' place.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Marionneau, is just a one-minute walk.

Bordeaux Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
